I am so pleased with Precision. I called at 8:30am on a Sunday, and had a tech out to my house by 1:00pm. I was delighted by the experience with Arnold Simpson, who was as equally friendly as he was knowledgeable. Arnold diagnosed the problem in under five minutes, and had the garage door back up and running in 45 minutes. I am so thankful to Arnold and Precision for their quick, reliable service. I was a repeat customer, and will continue to be. I will recommend Arnold and Precision to our friends and family.
