The tech called in advance to let me know that he was on his way. When he got to my location, he immediately knew what was wrong. He replaced the defective part, tuned up the garage opening mechanism and helped me put MyQ on my phone so I would have a better access to the garage.

Friday night put the garbage bin out time, but garage door wouldn't open. After trying to figure out what was going on and not getting door to open looked up and saw broken spring. We've used Precision before so immediately called and scheduled an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Technician Lewis arrived right at beginning of appointment window, quickly inspected the door, and provided a reasonable estimate for repair. Repairs completed very professionally within an hour inspite of it being a holiday weekend. Highly recommend Precision for any type of garage door repair, especially on a weekend or holiday.

Our garage door springs broke on Christmas Eve, making it extremely difficult to lift the door manually—definitely not the best timing! I called for service, and Chris arrived within an hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked with us on pricing. Not only did he replace the springs, but he also updated a few other parts that needed attention. The entire process was quick and efficient. I would absolutely recommend Precision to anyone. Thank you for delivering excellent service in such a short time!

I was very pleased with the total service and installation process from Precision. Doors The salesperson was here on time. She explained several options to me to place the order The scheduling department called to make sure everything on the order was correct. We scheduled a time that was convenient. The installation crew was on time, explained exactly what they were going to do. Did it in a very professional manner? Cleaned up. And thank me for my business. What a surprise to have great service. I would do business with them again and again, if I ever made it a product they sold.
