Awesome service! Our door technician John Tsangarinos was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, efficient and showed up on time. He made my wife and I feel like helping us to have a safe and well-operating garage door was his priority. He even helped us program our key pad and cars (we recently purchased our home and hadn't been able to figure out how to do the programming). We definitely recomment Precision Garage Doors and John!

John arrived to free my car from the sudden garage imprisonment. I woke up this morning and found that the garage door wouldn't open. After finding that one of the springs was broken, I called Precision. After examining the garage, John suggested that the two tension cables and the two bearing plates also be replaced. He showed me the condition of both and I agreed. After 40 minutes, the repair was complete including lubrication of al moving parts. Great job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
