Awesome service! Our door technician John Tsangarinos was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, efficient and showed up on time. He made my wife and I feel like helping us to have a safe and well-operating garage door was his priority. He even helped us program our key pad and cars (we recently purchased our home and hadn't been able to figure out how to do the programming). We definitely recomment Precision Garage Doors and John!

The tech arrived within the time frame I was given. He explained what was wrong, unfortunately the repair was pretty expensive. Still the tech completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time.

john did a great job, got here on time explained everything and was fast and clean up was good with everything//the only negative statement I have was that it was much more expensive than I thought it was going to be //I know we had a few things extra done after john went over them and explained but like I said just a little high//

John arrived to free my car from the sudden garage imprisonment. I woke up this morning and found that the garage door wouldn't open. After finding that one of the springs was broken, I called Precision. After examining the garage, John suggested that the two tension cables and the two bearing plates also be replaced. He showed me the condition of both and I agreed. After 40 minutes, the repair was complete including lubrication of al moving parts. Great job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
