My garage door was not working so I called Precision and the technician told me that the circuit board was bad. It was 6 months out of warranty and the company told the technician that they would cover it. That my friend is Old School Customer Satisfaction!

It’s a Saturday. It’s 4 o’clock in the afternoon. And my garage door won’t open. I called Precision. The office answered with a real person and technician Jesus was at my front door by 5:30pm. Although the diagnosis wasn’t what I had hope to hear, and he wasn’t able to work on my 45 year old Sears garage door opener’s motor, i must say that the interaction with Jesus was very pleasant. Jesus was patient, informative, and extremely thorough, among other things. Precision is lucky to have him on their payroll.

Dejesus arrived within time schedule - professional, knowledgeable. Once arriving, he assessed our garage door and listened to our issues. Prior to starting work we were given a detailed breakdown of expected expenses. Then straight to work. It is amazing how much quieter the door is. Dejesus cleaned up nicely and off to the next job. I chose Precision Door because they installed my garage door in 2018. The outside keypad was no longer working. The technician was very friendly and very efficient installing my new garage door opener. Also, he indicated the two springs were very old and had been installed in 1998. But he said that they were functioning OK for now. I very much appreciate his honesty. I would have purchased them had he said they needed to be replaced.
