The parts he needed were on the truck, unlike other service companies that have to order part. He took the time to reprogram our car remotes. Great service!

I had used Precision before and when my recent trouble occurred there was no hesitancy about whom I'd call. Residential Technician Jimmy Johnson (no, not THAT Jimmy Johnson, although a superstar in his own right) arrived within the first hour of the four hour window. Great, there's little worse than having your car trapped in the garage two weeks before Christmas and you have a lot driving to do.
