On Sunday morning my garage door didn't open and I call PRECISION for help, they gave me a window from 5 to 10 pm on Sunday. That was amazing that they work on Sunday so late, I price check they are the cheapest one, the installer was excellent. it was a pleasure to work with professional, totally recommended

Christian Walker examined the problem, intermittent door operation, and then presented us several alternatives. After a discussion we choose the opener that best fit our need and Christian went to work to install the new opening system. We were back with a fully operational door in about an hour.

I called Precision at 11am on Monday to address some minor issues with our garage door. They said someone would be out between 2-6pm the same day. Matt called me at 1:55pm to say he would be there in 10 minutes. He was, and 15 minutes later all was fixed!!

This is the 3rd time in 10 years that I have used Precision for garage door related issues. Always been very satisfied. Technician Brian Harmon was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and fixed my issue. I do not agree with the $20 fuel surcharge at this time as gas is not that expensive. This is just another profit add on at a time when it is not justified. I googled garage door repairs and Garage Door was, not only the first on the list, but had a 5 star rating. Having no experience with garage door repairs, it seemed the logical choice. It was, in fact, a great choice. It was a professional and excellent learning experience. The tech, Matt, was a good listener and explained what the problem was, what he would need to do and gave me prices before beginning any repairs. The result was great, the requested recommendations for maintenace were clear and he was a perfect gentleman. I would refer Garage Door to anyone.
