Expectations were great. Technician arrived dressed clean and presented professional manner. Chris assessed the problem when shown. Really nice gentleman. Even asked to take shoes off when offered to come thru front door, my garage upper sitting was broke and could not access through outside. After assessment, he offered great options and again really professional. Thank you so much.

Your technician was amazingly competent. Great guy. Did a really good job and very personable. I really can’t recommend you to anyone though, because my ass is sore from how horribly expensive you are! I should have shopped around more. My official rating is you suck… Don’t know how you have such wonderful people working for you though. Call center girl was great, technician was great, but prices!!:(((
Gregory, we appreciate you taking the time to leave the kinds words about our staff in the field and in office. Our management team would like to further discuss this is you, we called this morning if you could please give us a call back at your convenience. Thank you .

The Homeowner Association (HOA) hired a company to paint the exterior of my house. Unfortunately, the workers were not careful and ended up damaging my garage door. However, I am grateful to Chris and Precision for their thorough analysis of the situation and for repairing my garage door. I highly recommend them for any door repairs as Chris is very knowledgeable and detail-oriented.

Tech quoted a price to replace our garage door opener of $800, double the price we later got from Home Depot and Lowe’s. When I didn’t jump to agree with his price (nothing in writing offered) he asked me what I wanted to pay. Then he went back to his truck, he said, to phone his manager. After several minutes of waiting, we told him to “forget it”. No repair or replacement done.
