Requested service on remote opening feature. Same day service provided and technician (Hunter) arrived ahead of schedule, but he did call ahead. Unit checked and made operational. I am pleased with the service provided. There was no charge as the unit was under warranty. I would use Precision again for any garage door issues.

Best company ever! Service provided: broken spring plus replaced all the rollers and other moving garage door parts. 1. They came out and repaired our garage door 2 HOURS before the other company I called even called me back. 2. Our technician, Mike F. was super nice, professional, and provided us with several service options so we could make the best decision based on our budget. 3. I’d give ten stars if I could. What a great company to work with. Michele was very accommodating when I asked her to come back a second time so my wife could also see the demo on her van. She was thorough with explaining all details of the project. The installers Luke and Nick were great. They called ahead and arrived on time as promised. They also went over the project with me in detail. About four hours later they were done installing one double and one single door with all new framing to code.And everything looks fantastic. They even took the time to program our two cars to the new opener. Thank you so much.

My Garage Door broke on Sunday and Adam from Precision was out at noon on Monday and was very professional and fixed it better than it was before it broke. There were things that were loose that he found later and took care of it all! Also Adam offered a flex style payment that really helped out.
