He gave us a full estimate and explained exactly what and how he would accomplish completing the work. He was very through and completely friendly. The only problem is during the pricing he did not say anything about discounts, maybe you don’t have any. Most companies I deal with have at least a military discount. My husband is a retired veteran but no discount was mentioned or suggested. I think you might want to review.

The spring on my garage door broke on a Thursday evening. I had to work on Friday, but I needed access to my garage for the weekend. I called Friday morning and they were able to come out on the same day. The technician, Matt, arrived right on time and was very nice. He replaced the spring quickly and efficiently. Since the spring was under warranty, I did not even have a service charge. Great service!!!

What a terrific experience! Wayne our technician arrived promptly on time & professional in appearance and demeanor!!! We thought we needed to replace the belt on our 13+year old garage door opener, unfortunately it needed to be replaced. Wayne came prepared for the job! His truck was clean & fully loaded with any and everything we would have needed to have our garage door repaired and working in under 2 hours! The new unit has new technology which is much much much quieter!! We love it! What a relief on a Sunday!!!! No up selling or pressure to listen to sales pitch! Another relief! Fair pricing, he hauled away the old unit and whatever debris was associated with installing the new unit leaving our garage clean and ready for us to drive in! We also learned a few helpful things to help us plan for future maintenance. Thanks for advertising in HomeMag!!! Great experience!! Thanks to Wayne!! He did a great job!!

came out on the Labor Day Holiday and arrived even a bit early. Technician was polite and very efficient in explaining the repair. Cost was a bit high as the person that answered the call the previous day indicated the approx. cost of a spring but didn't double it because, surprise, the springs are actually 2 springs. But overall, good job.
