Had to replace an old Craftsman style garage door opener. Technician went over the available options and it was installed in about an hour. New opener is much more quiet! Technician called 30 mins beforehand. Very good service!

He was professional, courteous and very intent on not only replacing the springs, but insuring that everything was safe, and working correctly. He did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. I am very pleased with the service I received today from Precision Garage Doors. Jeremy came out and determined that our old door opener had to be replaced. He and another employee worked very hard to take down the old opener and related hardware and installed a new one very quickly and efficiently. They were both very polite, professional, and extremely proficient. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!

Contacted 3 companies for quotes on a 16x7 wind rated garage door. Not only was Precision the best price, but it was impact rated also vs. a 130 mph wind only. They also had a brown door at no extra cost, in stock! The others had a minimum 2 week lead time. Precision had my door installed 2 days later and removed the old door no charge. Courtney was my sales agent and Justin was my installer. I was completely impressed by both! Excellent experience! Justin was a tremendous installer! I highly recommend Precision as the entire experience was first class!
