I am very pleased with the service I received today from Precision Garage Doors. Jeremy came out and determined that our old door opener had to be replaced. He and another employee worked very hard to take down the old opener and related hardware and installed a new one very quickly and efficiently. They were both very polite, professional, and extremely proficient. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!

Our garage door spring broke and it was replaced the same day. Service was excellent and professional. The replacement was done very quickly and efficiently by Logan. He explained everything in great and gave us an accurate estimate on the repair. He was friendly and very knowledgeable of the parts needed to repair the damage and was finished ahead of time. Contacted 3 companies for quotes on a 16x7 wind rated garage door. Not only was Precision the best price, but it was impact rated also vs. a 130 mph wind only. They also had a brown door at no extra cost, in stock! The others had a minimum 2 week lead time. Precision had my door installed 2 days later and removed the old door no charge. Courtney was my sales agent and Justin was my installer. I was completely impressed by both! Excellent experience! Justin was a tremendous installer! I highly recommend Precision as the entire experience was first class!

Upsale performed on original repair requested. Agreed upon evaluation, however my original upgraded springs were unnecessarily removed and replaced with standard springs. Was charged $360 EACH !!! Retailed online around $100. Overcharged on parts on all items!!!

My fault for not looking at invoice closer was charged $760.00 for 20 4" rollers. Set of 10 on Amazon for $21.00. Could have had new doors for what was charged to fix ours.

Just like the commercial states, they are truly a name you can trust. They had a super fast response time, had all the parts ready to go on the truck with the technician being super knowledgeable and never try to upsell me on anything.
