My fault for not looking at invoice closer was charged $760.00 for 20 4" rollers. Set of 10 on Amazon for $21.00. Could have had new doors for what was charged to fix ours.

Just like the commercial states, they are truly a name you can trust. They had a super fast response time, had all the parts ready to go on the truck with the technician being super knowledgeable and never try to upsell me on anything. Hands down really enjoyed working with Luke and Precision garage door. While I hope to never use them again, they'll be the first number I call if I ever do.

The tech was able to respond within 3 hours . No other company could respond for another day or two. The other companies were twice as much for a service call . My wiring was reattached from a previous company that did a poor job and replaced a non working remote. The work was finished within 30 minutes. This is the only company I will ever use . Thank you for responding so quickly and resolving my problem !
