My garage door had broken and I needed it fixed immediately. Since my parents used Precision before I knew I would receive quality service. Being able to book an appointment online was great! I was able to get technicians out the very next day. They assessed the problems, explained everything in detail, gave me an estimate and fixed my garage door. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service and I’m absolutely pleased with the service I received.

Our decision to contact Precision was due to Stefan Harris. He was extremely courteous and professional. Listened to our concerns and evaluated the issues we were experiencing. He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain all the issues he identified and worked diligently to the best of his ability to restore a very old door. He is AWESOME!! We are extremely grateful for his expertise and genuine desire to accommodate us.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY…. We Needed help programming a new garage door opener, a neighborhood handyman said to call precision THIS was a huge mistake! He was here less than 30 minutes… (provided NO or needed any PARTS) He said the programming he did was not warrantied AND left wires hanging and didn’t program 2 of the remotes ALL for $250. The company doesn’t even give military discount!!! *BEWARE* don’t give a blank check to this company. They will rip you off.
