I was VERY impressed with the work Jesse did when he came out to replace our Genie that took a dump. He was on time,HE took his time and explained everything to me if I had a question. I got a 1/2 hp Liftmaster belt drive opener. works nice and quiet. He programmed my wife car to open the garage door! That was Nice. I HIGHLY recommend precision to anyone who has garage door issues. Call them first, and forgo the competition's B.S. EXCELLENT!!!!

8/28/20 Rarely does service live up to the commercials hyped expectations. Precision Garage absolutely knocked it out of the park! Grand slam, bottom of the ninth, walk off homer. Now that’s satisfying. From quote to remote execution of newly installed door everyone was super genuine. They hire great people. I’d give them a perfect 10 except the ratings cap at 5. I had an issue with a garage door opener and called Precision because I had worked with them before and was quite satisfied. Adam quickly troubleshot and corrected the issue with our garage door opener. I was sure it was shot and I would be buying a new opener. I’m very impressed that I wasn’t pushed into buying something that was not needed. They will be my first call for all future garage door issues. I highly recommend Precision.

We have been in our house for over 28 years and the smaller of two garage doors finally gave up. Bryan Stewart came to the rescue and was able to completely overhaul our garage door and keep in up to HOA standards. It wasn't inexpensive (that's between Precision and us) but so very much worth every penny. We can't speak highly enough about Bryan: courteous, professional, knowledgable and very proficient. We purchased a new garage door/rails/spring/rollers/beltdrive opener/etc from Precision at end of July 2020. From the initial call in to their office, to the sales visit & follow-ups (Carlos), to the scheduling, to the day of install (Jerry/Wolf), the entire experience was 5-star. Carlos took the time to explain/show every single option multiple times before we decided. On the day of install, Jerry explained everything they would do and how long it would take. He asked if I had any questions and then Jerry & Wolf worked amazingly quick to remove the old door system and install the new one. Not a scrap of debris was left behind. They were both professional in their appearance and demeanor, and obviously passionate about what they do (even in the heat of summer). They represented the company VERY well. Precision had repaired our old door in the past, which is why we chose them for the new system, and we will continue to stay loyal to them and refer them to everyone that asks.
