Jim Rapp, please forgive me for this very, very tardy message and review of your wonderful service. Your company installed a brand new garage door for us on December 15, 2020 at no charge, as your guys were having to keep making maintenance calls due to problems with our existing door, and our door opener which ya'll installed a couple year ago. Adam Miechle, on 12/08, saw the problem quickly and called into the office, at which time he was told to offer us a new door at no charge. I was so impressed with Adam diagnosing the problems so quickly and even more astounded at the Company's generous offer. Thank you for all your fellows did to keep us a very satisfied customer. Our scheduled appointment was between 1000 and 1400, Josh called about 1045 and said he was about 20 minutes away. He showed up shortly thereafter. He saw the problem where the garage door opener was no longer connected to the garage door. He pointed out the garage door opener was not centered on the garage door, thus connected was made using the perforated angle metal. This obviously created a severe stress point and lasted less than 2 years of the installation of the double wide hurricane door. Josh provided a price to repair the existing connection. We discussed the option of correcting the placement of the garage door opener. Decided to have the garage door opener correctly relocation. Josh relocated the opener, tested and lubricated the garage door in about 40 minutes. Would not hesitate to call again.

I have had 3 issues with my garage door over a period of 20 years, and have called Precision every time. They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I have been lucky enough to have the same technician (Micky) every time. I could not ask for a more pleasant experience, under the circumstances. Hopefully the springs that were replaced and the repairs that were done will last a lifetime. Realistically, I know they won't, and I will not hesitate to call Precision when that time comes.

Precision Garage Service. Called placed for service just before 4pm. Service was scheduled the next day between the hours of Noon-four. What I liked about this company. Confirmation for the appointment was sent at 4:04pm to my email address, noting date and my correct address along with technician’s name and pictures of their employees. Our technician, Travis Dobson called ahead on the day of our appointment to let me know he was 20 minutes away and arrived just before noon. He was courteous, professional, and personable. Travis provided us with three repair options and answered all my questions so we could make an informed decision for the repair that was right for our budget. Parts for the repair were stocked on the truck and repairs were made promptly to the agreed upon price. Employees that provide the face to face service are a huge part of what makes a company great, Travis Dobson is definitely an asset to Precision Garage Door. Covid-19 protocols were followed for the duration of the repair.

I have used Precision Door before and once again I was very pleased with the service of Noah. He was professional, skill in identifying the problem and helpful in ensuring that I understood what had happened and how to fix it. He also took a picture of the code on the motor so that I had a reference to look at. For instance, 3 blinks indicates difficulty with the sensors. I also was impressed with the person on the phone who try to help me. I will absolutely use Precision Door again

Tech Noah was amazing, cost of bearing plates and single spring bearing, not so much. Feel like I was raped. These items can be had on AMAZON for about $40. I was charged $180 for the plates and $80 for the single bearing. $260 total. Shame on me for not checking first. Be warned - Research parts cost online before you agree to have them installed.
