Service was top notch and performed within one hour. Price seemed a bit high and a actual breakdown of parts and labor not provided, rather the parts and and total cost. Was given three options for parts and warranty. After technician left, I saw my Sunday paper had a sticker from Precision that offered $50.00 off any spring repair. I wonder if they will refund me that off what I paid??

Joshua Figueroa replaced a 20 year old garage door opener and was quick and very efficient. He took his time to explain what he was doing and how everything works so even with me being very hard of hearing I got all the information. After initially waiting nearly 4 hours which was the assigned window i received a phone call saying that they had an emergency and it was going to be another 2 hrs to get somebody to me. When i told them that that was not going to work as I had to be somewhere later in the day and flying out of town the next day they called me back to say that had a tech that would get to me in an hour. Though not ideal I felt i could make that work. The tech John Tsangarinos showed up at 3 and immediately got to work on the door. I found John to be super friendly and he explained everything to me clearly. Thoroughly enjoyed our side conversation and apologize to John for probably slowing him down, lol. He had all the repairs done w/in the hour and I was able to get to my appointment on time. Thanks John if I ever have an issue again I will be asking for you personally to do the repair!

One of the best services I have used. Very professional and explain the job at hand, what it needs done. One thing that really impressed me is that they don't cut corners! When they found that the door was very slightly off balance rather than tweak it a bit to work for a few months, they changed both springs and to get perfect balance. Took them longer, but the job was done right first time. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you very much and keep up the good work guys!

Your commercial on TV immediately caught our attention. The weekend appointments mostly appealed to us, and we decided to give you a try. Jesse B. was very professional and helpful. He provided options available to repair the garage door opener, and once we chose our desired option, he focused and promptly fixed the problem. When the repair was complete he walked us through all he had done and explained how all new features worked. He was very thorough. Excellent job, we are very satisfied.

Came out this morning to pull my truck out of the garage door and the door stopped about 12" above the ground. Releasing the door didn't work so I called the number on the sticker of the installer...(We bought the house about 4 years ago). I was promised a tech by !:00 pm and he came before noon. Very knowledgeable and he explained to me the problem and it was fixed by 1:15 pm. Shaun did a great job and was very personable.
