When our garage door didn't open this morning we made no hesitation in calling Precusion. When the technician arrived we were happy to see it was the same tech we had before, Tim Vaughn. He rembered us and it made us feel comfortable. He showed us the damage and went over the repair costs and warranty. Precision still offers financial arrangements especially through these trying times which made it easier for us to have the garage door repaired. Thank you again. Job very well done.

Adam was amazing. He assessed the garage doors and what I was hoping to have repaired or installed and took care of everything masterfully. I am confident my garage doors will perform much better and be more efficient. An added bonus from Adam was reprogramming my garage door openers to work from my car without needed to use the remote control device! I could only check one option for service performed so I chose the reason I called him but he also strengthened the lift mechanism to protect the double garage door and installed an electronic door opener for the single garage door.

Same day service, on time, besides replacing broken spring - informative recommendations to improve the operation of the garage door - not only parts replacement, but suggestions on how to keep it operating in prime condition. Thank you Jimmy Johnson for a job well done.

The technician was very professional and answered all of my questions. My only suggestion would be that if the springs on a garage door have to be replaced, it would be easier if two techs balanced the bar as in the commercial. One of the springs slid off the bar and hit a stack of extra floor tiles that were on the side wall of the garage. Two of the tiles were cracked. It's not a big deal but I think it may have been easier to balance with two people. Just a suggestion. So far, everything seems to be working well and I will call if there are any issues. Had to replace the rollers, discs and the opener which is more than I anticipated but I have recommended your company to others if they need to have issues resolved with their garage door.
