My car was stuck in my garage late yesterday afternoon by a sudden garage door failure and I needed to get out! I called a few places that were not available, and then I remembered your ad on tv. I called and you were able to send someone right away, to arrive between 6 and 10 pm. What a relief! I received a call from Chris giving me a half hour notice of his arrival. He was an excellent technician, explained everything in detail, and made it easy to understand my choices and decide. He had all the parts and fixed my door, gave me a can of lubricant spray for maintenance after he sprayed all the parts to demonstrate the procedure. He had a friendly and professional attitude and I think he’d be a fantastic choice on your tv ads. He’s a very genuine person. Best of all, I was able to get out of my garage this morning. I will gladly recommend your company to all my friends and family. Thank you!

Chris called before he arrived, and was a few minutes early. He introduced himself and was very pleasant the entire time he was here. He explained what was wrong, (defective motor, 15  years old).Chris went on to explain the different types of motors available. He also brought to our attention it would take about one hour. Chris is very personable, and professional.  "Precision Garage Door Service '' should be very happy to have an employee such as Chris. I called around 0930 this morning appt time was from 1200 to 1600 about 45 min later I get a call from Mr. Andy Peck calling to tell me that he would be there in about a half hour wow getting to the job even before the appt time frame that is service Mr. Peck got here and I told him the problem and he gave me 3 options I went with purchasing a new garage door opener and again he gave me 3 to 4 different options of openers and there functions Thank you Mr. Peck for your knowledge and your great professionalism and the company does not try to sell you something you don't need. I am a disabled veteran and the company gave a discount thank you for that. I will recommend to others.

Jason Daring did an outstanding Job at a price I could afford. This company is Fast, Reliable, and provides Great Customer Service. I have used Precision in the past and knew I could count on them again to perform service on my Garage Door when my Torsion Spring snapped. I had them replace both L and R and they were done in under 2 hours. I was a little skeptical on prices most recently so I had a few estimates performed. Precision was right in the price range of the competition estimates I received.
