The worst experiencetrying to replace a broken spring on my garage door. A technician named Craig Earle showed up and after he inspected the garage door he gave me an estimate on everything that he thought was wrong with my garage door. The price he quoted me was $2400 . When I said I only need the springs replaced for now to get the garage working, he said it will cost me $460 per spring for a total $1040 with labor. While he was still in my living room I made a quick call to Local Garage Door Services Inc. and they gave me a quote for $299. Quite the difference in the pricing. Craig was a crook who tries to take advantage of people. I would never recommend Precision to anybody. Please shop around before you do business with this company they are a bunch of crooks with no work ethics.

My experience with Precision started just over 2 years ago. Brian installed a new spring just over 2 years ago and he came out again when I requested a "maintenance" check on noises I was hearing. He said it was just the chain drive and everything looked fine, for a 10 year old motor. He lubed everything and covered it under the warranty. Great personnel and service, for sure. Just a few weeks after my 2 year warranty ran out, we had a power outage in the neighborhood and I opened the door manually, but it would not stay up. My neighbor held it opened for me to back my car out of the garage. I called Precision and Isak came out and adjusted the spring so that it stays open now when opened manually. He also checked everything, lubed, and was very courteous, friendly, and professional. Precision is an A1 company!
