Our 6 year old garage door opener would open the door by itself. At first, we thought we did something wrong, however, we both witnessed it doing this after we disengaged it. We called Precision door and Austin Orton, our technician arrived within a few hours. He checked everything out and recommended we change the circuit board. The price was fair and decided to proceed. Austin was very professional and quickly did the repairs. Having peace of mind now, we will continue to call on Precision garage door for all maintenance needs and repairs on our door and opener. We highly recommend this company.

Precision Doors was able to fit me into the tech’s schedule late on the same day, which I was not expecting. Then, they sent one of their best techs that actually installed 5 doors for me, 13 years prior to today. Jimmy Johnson is the fastest, most accurate, safest, and courteous technician you could ask for. He immediately found the problem with my door being the torsion spring and he had it, 10 side rollers, both side cables and pullies replaced, and the entire door system lubricated in a little over 45 minutes. Now it lifts and lowers smoothly and quietly again. Thanks Precision Doors !

This is the 2nd time we’ve used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and both times the work accomplished was EXCELLENT. The first time was in 2013. 8 years later, we called upon them again. The parts (main spring) they use are of high quality as seen by how long they last. With 3 kids driving, the garage door is used a lot. Chris W. arrived ahead of schedule and in minutes identified the problem. He discussed my options (no pressure sales) and when I agreed on the price, he replaced the springs within 45 min.
