This experience was great from start to finish. When I called, the receptionist showed concern for me needing help and arranged for someone to come the same day. Our technician Phillip phoned to let me know he was coming, and we he arrived he was courteous, efficient and respectful of our property. My garage door has been serviced by your company a few times ! I fixed the noise problem by installing new rollers! I appreciate your tech’ opinion that they are old , but I didn’t need to replace them . In fact I probably would have paid him to install new rollers, but instead I paid him to write me an estimate! Go figure, he was a nice young man but he didn’t make me aware of all my options. I found them on the internet,for free!
