I have used Precision Doors for over a decade. They have always been professional, reasonably priced and extremely fast arrival times. Todays repair was the same and the technician was top notch. I really would not call anyone else for a new door or a repair.

To be honest I called Precision because their sticker was on my garage door & I already knew they had a good reputation. My appointment was between 8am-12. Chris called me right before 8am & said he would be here in 20 min. which he was. He was very friendly & courteous. He gave me an estimate on the spot & then after approval, had my garage door fixed in about 2 hours. I definitely recommend!

It’s a Saturday. It’s 4 o’clock in the afternoon. And my garage door won’t open. I called Precision. The office answered with a real person and technician Jesus was at my front door by 5:30pm. Although the diagnosis wasn’t what I had hope to hear, and he wasn’t able to work on my 45 year old Sears garage door opener’s motor, i must say that the interaction with Jesus was very pleasant. Jesus was patient, informative, and extremely thorough, among other things. Precision is lucky to have him on their payroll.

I am now retired but the company I worked for for 31 years (UPS) always used Precision for our warehouse roll up doors and was always impressed. I have had my garage door opener replaced and now upgraded my door to a heavier grade insulated door and couldn't be happier with the quality of your personnel from office to installers. I have and will continue to recommend you guys to family and neighbors as well. Thanks for the great experience.

Precision came highly recommended by a friend. I also always check ratings and reviews before I call to have anything serviced. I saw that precision had amazing reviews and again came recommended by a friend. Dispatch was a pleasure to speak with, and our serviceman Luke was terrific. Courteous, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He gave us the cut and dry yet informative version of the diagnosis. Highly recommended!
