Matt arrived on time, explained my options, and easily installed my new garage door opener (which works more quietly than my previous one). He set up my remote within my car, and gave me separate ones for my daughter and me (when I am riding with someone else and want to reenter my house). If I ever need service on my garage door, I will ask for Mike, but he did such a good job that I doubt I will ever need him again for MANY years!

Really it should be zero stars but the system required me to send a rating. I was almost completely ripped off by Precision. I called the company thinking it was service and name you can trust. The tech came out and told me my garage door system was destroyed and it would cost nearly $3000. I then called another company and they sent a tech out who repaired the system for an “emergeny” service fee of $300. I am incredibly disappointed by the sales tactics employed by Precision. I will never trust the company after this. It is deplorable.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Precision. Luke was very friendly and professional. He got our springs replaced and installed our other items needed in a neat and timely manner. He even went above and beyond to tidy up some wiring and other things my husband had not gotten back to after recently installing a garage door opener. He also pointed out a bracket on the new garage opener that was rubbing the garage door and said he’d like to fix that for us too. We would highly recommend them.
