I called Precision Door Service because they always send out a person that is professional in demeanor and skilled in their craft. The problem is patiently explained and there is never a hard sell for anything. Nothing happens until you understand and approve and then they get right on it. Before you know it the work is done, problem (s) solved and you go on with your day.

I called around 0930 this morning appt time was from 1200 to 1600 about 45 min later I get a call from Mr. Andy Peck calling to tell me that he would be there in about a half hour wow getting to the job even before the appt time frame that is service Mr. Peck got here and I told him the problem and he gave me 3 options I went with purchasing a new garage door opener and again he gave me 3 to 4 different options of openers and there functions Thank you Mr. Peck for your knowledge and your great professionalism and the company does not try to sell you something you don't need. I am a disabled veteran and the company gave a discount thank you for that. I will recommend to others.

I called Percision garage door for an estimate. Rebecca Fernandez came out. She was wonderful. Absolutely no pressure, not trying to up sell. She showed me options and let me choose. I purchased a new door and opener. Day of installation, Justin showed up on time. Justin was very polite and professional. He sure knows what he's doing. Jason Daring did an outstanding Job at a price I could afford. This company is Fast, Reliable, and provides Great Customer Service. I have used Precision in the past and knew I could count on them again to perform service on my Garage Door when my Torsion Spring snapped. I had them replace both L and R and they were done in under 2 hours. I was a little skeptical on prices most recently so I had a few estimates performed. Precision was right in the price range of the competition estimates I received. With a name I can trust I am happy to say at least there are still a few companies out there I can still rely on today.

We hired Precision off of their Google reviews and they did not let me down. Our tech, Adam, was very knowledgeable and educated us on his recommendations but also offered 3 packages that included our immediate fix but then offered suggestions that would keep the integrity of our garage door for awhile. I never felt pressured or upsold on services. I highly recommend Precision and I will definitely use them on the future should we need their services again.
