Then, they sent one of their best techs that actually installed 5 doors for me, 13 years prior to today. Jimmy Johnson is the fastest, most accurate, safest, and courteous technician you could ask for. He immediately found the problem with my door being the torsion spring and he had it, 10 side rollers, both side cables and pullies replaced, and the entire door system lubricated in a little over 45 minutes. This is the 2nd time we’ve used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and both times the work accomplished was EXCELLENT. The first time was in 2013. 8 years later, we called upon them again. The parts (main spring) they use are of high quality as seen by how long they last. With 3 kids driving, the garage door is used a lot. Chris W. arrived ahead of schedule and in minutes identified the problem. He discussed my options (no pressure sales) and when I agreed on the price, he replaced the springs within 45 min. Great Experience. I called on a Saturday around noon about a garage door that would not open, and a technician was at my home in about an hour. The technician quickly determined there was a broken door spring (it was obvious once it was pointed out to me), and proceeded to tell me the repair options. The repair was made in about 45 minutes. the technician was friendly and professional. I would use Precision again if I have a garage door problem.

I called and you were able to send someone right away, to arrive between 6 and 10 pm. What a relief! I received a call from Chris giving me a half hour notice of his arrival. He was an excellent technician, explained everything in detail, and made it easy to understand my choices and decide. He had all the parts and fixed my door, gave me a can of lubricant spray for maintenance after he sprayed all the parts to demonstrate the procedure. Chris called before he arrived, and was a few minutes early. He introduced himself and was very pleasant the entire time he was here. He explained what was wrong, (defective motor, 15  years old).Chris went on to explain the different types of motors available. He also brought to our attention it would take about one hour.
