Alex was super nice. Knowledgeable and not pushy on “upgrades”. He pointed out a couple things but at no point did he pressure me into additional services. He fixed what was the immediate problem was perfectly and was on his way. Will only use Precision in the future.

This experience was great from start to finish. When I called, the receptionist showed concern for me needing help and arranged for someone to come the same day. Our technician Phillip phoned to let me know he was coming, and we he arrived he was courteous, efficient and respectful of our property.
