Our tech, Adam, was very knowledgeable and educated us on his recommendations but also offered 3 packages that included our immediate fix but then offered suggestions that would keep the integrity of our garage door for awhile. I never felt pressured or upsold on services. I highly recommend Precision and I will definitely use them on the future should we need their services again. The gentleman who helped me was very nice but tried to sell me something I didn't need. He was hoping I would purchase a brand new door opener for $1100. However, the cheaper option was changing out the electrical board. I went with the cheaper option and it worked! I asked for 2 additional remotes which I almost fell over dead when he told me they were $150 each with programming. Really, that is a bold face rip off. Unfortunately, I will never use your company again.

Jimmy Johnson, Residential Tech, called to alert us of his arrival 20 minutes prior to arrival and arrived on time, presented his business card and introduced himself in a friendly and professional manner. He approached the troubleshooting quickly and presented his findings in a manner understandable to us and offered a variety of solutions for our consideration. Once given the word on what we opted for, Jimmy proceeded to execute the required actions quickly and efficiently. Working in a career field that dealt with troubleshooting, repair, and replacement, I could appreciate the professional and knowledgeable manner in which Jimmy accomplished the task.

My garage door spring broke. Brian came out and went over all my options and showed me what else was in need of repair, such as bearings, wheels, etc. No high pressure sales, just good honest suggestions and options. The repair went faster than I anticipated and very glad I chose you to make the repair. Called Precision on Tuesday. They came out to look at the situation gave us an estimate and we’re out Wednesday (the very next day) to install the door. Rob West was our installing technician. He was professional, through and explained everything that he was going to perform that day. After the installation he explained throughly how to use the entire system. If every company and their employees did this type of amazing work it would take the pressure and worry out of contacting companies to have work done. We had a new garage door and opener installed. Everything is perfect and thanks again to Rob on an outstanding job. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome and workmanship! It was easy to give this these guys a five star rating.
