Called Precision on Monday night they were super responsive, had a tech out the next day to replace a broken spring. I felt bad for Michael because both vehicles were in the garage and we couldn’t get them moved out until the spring was replaced. He worked in tight quarters and took care not to damage our vehicles. Thoroughly explained everything and the importance. Great job, would highly recommend!

I couldn’t leave my house because the garage door wouldn’t stay closed. I called Precision, and they had a technician out in two hours. Mike was great! He repaired my garage door (he had to do custom work because of the size), in one hour and I was able to make the trip I had planned. So happy with the quick response and the work done!

I contacted for the first time Precision regarding garage door problems and tech Christopher Enlow came out to my house and evaluated the problem with my garage door malfunction and gave me some options, short term fix or long-term fix. His knowledge and professionalism assisted me in my decision to go with the long term-fix. The main reason I went will the long-term fix is that Christopher explained his safety concerns and that waiting would only exacerbate the problem. I'm elated with the work Precision preformed on my garage door, no more wondering for our family with safety and health concerns. This company is trying to take advantage of people by price gouging. I was quotes over 6 thousand dollars to work on my garage doors and the prices of their competitors to do the same work was around 1500 dollars. When I asked I was told they have more overhead costs and their parts are superior. I will never do business with this company.

Precision door came out in l day to fix my garage door , but gave me the option of same day service if I needed it. Their colleague Alex who can out was very knowledgeable and very respectful, gave options and gave me a choice of options to have done . My garage door is over 20 years old and it needed work. Nothing is cheap anymore and this wasn't either but it works and sounds like a brand new door . Well worth the money !!! Can't thank Alex and Precision door company for the great service I received . I will recommend your company to everyone I know .
