The springs broke on our overhead garage door and we contacted Precision for a service call. We could not have been happier with their performance! They came out within a few hours of our initial call. Their technician clearly had a great deal of expertise and offered us several options and the related costs to fix the door. Arrived on time, was very polite and professional. Explained what we needed and gave us three price options to choose between. Being seniors, we choose the least expensive out of necessity. Work was performed without a hitch and we were explained in detail how to maintain. Our technicians name was Chris Johnson and he was very professional, very polite and very knowledgeable. I honestly must say I did have sticker shock as I didn't expect it to be so expensive. Chris gave us a 5% Senior discount and every little bit helps so thank you. Same day service? Hardly....Andy Peck from Precision arrived in less than half an hour!!!!! He was wonderful even though my puppy barked at him. Andy presented options before he started and I chose to purchase new rollers and a bottom seal in addition to the absolutely necessary springs. Andy fixed our door and even swept the leaves out of the garage while he was cleaning up. It's amazing how quiet the door works now. Great Job, Andy!!! Keep up the precision work Precision!!!

I am so thankful for how quickly Wayne was able to come to our rescue and fix our broken garage door springs. He arrived earlier than the window they gave us when we initially called (he called ahead to let us know he would be there in 20 minutes, so we had a heads-up). He had everything in his van that was needed for our repair. He offered us three options to choose from and had our garage door working again within an hour.
