Door would not open or close. Called at 10pm, technician arrived next morning. Replaced my 28 year old motor and other hardware. Can't believe how quiet and smooth it is. Now I won't wake up the neighbors every time I leave early to go fishing. Nick did great work, was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He also went above and beyond by making adjustments to fit my over-height vehicle.

It was a pleasure doing business with Precision. John was professional, courteous, kind and extremely helpful with helping me to understand the various options in choosing a néw garage door opener. I was amazed and pleasantly surprised when I called that a technician was schedule for the same afternoon. There was absolutely no pressure around purchasing a product from them. I can't say enough good things about my experience, I would recommend without hesitation!

Very happy with the experience of using Precision Garage Door Services. I arrived home, clicked to open my garage door, it opened almost all the way up when it started making terribly loud grinding noises and came to a halt. I remember seeing an ad for Precision so I went on line to check them out. Very easy to fill out the form requesting an appointment even giving me times for the same day. I received a confirmation that the tech would arrive in the 4 hour time slot I chose. I liked that you could contact them 24 hours, could reserve on line, and such a quick response. I received a call about a half hour before appointed time of arrival from Cameron. He stated that he could be here in 10 minutes (early) if that was alright. I was pleasantly surprised when Cameron arrived, professionally dressed, clean, friendly, very informative, explaining everything to me as to what he would recommend and why. Gave us a quote before starting and got right to the job of replacing our garage door opener, opener button, safety sensors and even greased all the rollers and springs as well as set both our cars to the new opener, explaining how to reset if needed. With his professionalism, high recommendation for the product and efficiency, we are very grateful. Thank you Cameron.
