After waiting 4 months on a Lakeland OH Door company to replace operator on 14' tall door, I requested refund and scheduled a service call with Precision online at 10am. To my surpise same day appointment was available. Tech arrived at 4:30pm and had jack mount operatior on board, no waiting 4 months. Two hours later new opertor installed and door serviced. Thank you Precision for the great experiance!

Very professional service provider. I had my door springs replaced by them earlier in the year. After some time, I noticed my door was slamming harder than usual. I called up Precision and they sent a technician the same day. He did an inspection and adjusted the springs and motor. This all fell under warranty, which was a pleasant surprise.

5 stars for Tori just don't understand the way she put in comments the insurance company wanted to know if it was storm related and in the comments she just said it was a old door and we no longer have them in stock. I am thinking because of hurricane Milton they wanted something saying it was because of the storm I needed a new door.
