I would give 10 stars to Precision for my garage door replacement. They came quickly when called, explained what would be involved, and worked with me while the insurance company "took their sweet time". The replacement job was perfect and he even cleaned up, swept away the debris and then showed me how the new door worked before he left. ALL of that is worth 10 stars in my book. My son does remodeling and restoration and told me to "call Precision, they're the best!"ny times when a garage door was an issue and he reccommended you. So glad he did. Chris P. was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He explained his diagnostic findings and the role of worn out bearings in causing the spring failure, hence the need for new bearings. We also discussed our aged lifting motor/system noting that when it fails, it will need to be replaced because repair parts are no longer being made. All around good service!

My mother called to let me know her garage door was not operating, upon my inspection I couldn't figure it out either thinking that the motor was burned out so I called Precision, your company has been out here before to replace the springs. Your technician Shane found out that it was just the outlet that the garage door opener was plugged into that was not working. He was also able to get the garage door working again with an extension cord temporarily pinned along the roof and down the side of the garage allowing my mom access to her garage. I was ready to pay for the bill and Shane said that there was no cost because they didn't replace anything. I insisted but he said no. What a nice surprise! Your company has outstanding personnel and customer service. We will be using your company in the next week or two at my daughters house she just purchased and absolutely needs a new garage door opener because this one is dangling from the ceiling. Absolutely prompt. I called for service - broken garage door - and the technician called back within a few minutes AND was out in 15 minutes after! Technician worked tirelessly for 3 hours till the job was done. Details and costs were explained up front. Everything was done professionally and cleaned up everything before he left. I had a window of 10-2 but because of an emergency I had to get out of my garage earlier. They graciously accommodated me and the technician (Christian) was here about 8:30. Took him no time at all to replace all parts. I had everything replaced because parts were getting old and I wanted peace of mind. Door now opens very quietly and I have the peace of mind of a 5 year warranty. I would highly recommend them. Christian offered me several options on repairs, explaining each clearly. I didn't feel pressured and I chose to replace everything to avoid future interruptions of service. Totally happy.
