Chris Johnson was amazing! I clipped my garage door backing out this morning and our garage door was not stable. I called Precision garage at 4:30pm and they came out by 5:40pm. Chris assessed the garage and performed a quick fix. He also gave me a reasonable quote for a new garage door in the future. Didn’t realize our garage door is 23 years old! Chris placed 3 shiny bolts to reinforce the door and when we are ready for a new door I will be calling Precision! Professional, reliable, honest, dependable, with excellent customer service. We had a problem with our garage door. Called Precision and they said they could be here that afternoon. Nick came out. He was knowledgeable and explained the problem. The parts he needed were on the truck, unlike other service companies that have to order part. He took the time to reprogram our car remotes. Great service!

This afternoon I discovered the drive belt on my opener had broken. I called and within hours Keith arrived. He diagnosed the issues with our door and presented several options. We chose the total rehab of the rollers, new spring and opener drive belt. He quickly got to work and now our door works better and quieter than it has in years.
