I had two springs and cables replaced on my single garage door. The estimate at the time of service was $649. I told the tech that I was going to seek some other bids, as I felt that was too high. He asked me what I thought it should be. I agreed to $500, based on web research and because it would save me time. The Tech (Charles) had to call his manager to confirm (which he did) Charles did a great job in the installation and explaining what was wrong. Took a little over an hour for the total visit. In retrospect, the final cost of the service was very high. The Amazon cost for high grade springs and cable is less that $150. Remember I was originally given an estimate of $649. Charles indicated that my door also needs new rollers too, but I won’t use Precision for that work. I’m sure I’ll be able to find a qualified garage door company that can do it for less than whatever Precision quotes. Final assessment - Responsive, courteous, good installation, solved the problem, but too expensive. Other companies are probably more price competitive. I would not use Precision again.

First of all, Precision helped me by replacing my springs on my Garage Door at my primary home, and the representative also replaced my broken wood. That got me to believe in your company & service. Today Orion, was able to assist me with connecting my remote control, and reconnecting my sensors. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was impressed how he confident in handling my situation. My brother-in-law almost died of a stroke, he showed genuine empathy, and that means a lot to us customer’s.
