The team at Precision were great! They communicated well when they were on their way and explained what was going on with the garage door clearly. I was surprised to find that I called afternoon and got same day service. Doug the technician was here about an hour after I called and had the door repaired in about two hours. He was very professional and knowledgeable but most of all he took pride in his work and that is extremely rare these days. Thank you for being honest and just being a good person in general.

We called Precision and Arnold the repairman came out at 8:00 the next morning. We thought it was a simple problem but he explained to us that the problem was more detailed and so we ended up spending more money than we had expected but he did it in a very efficient manner, explained the new process to it, and gave us the relief of not worrying about our garage doors / openers for the near future.

They were able to come out first thing the next morning after our spring broke late on a Friday. Jeff was very professional, efficient and friendly. He found some other issues with the door, (broken hinge, missing hinges, bad bearings) that would have to be addressed at some point. We had him fix everything while he was here to avoid other issues in the future. We appreciated his thoroughness.
