Willow understood my emergency and sent a tech this afternoon. Beau was amazing and so professional. He explained every option so that I could make informed decisions. He completed the necessary work in a timely manner, and listed his recommendations for future work. I have been and still am a very satisfied customer.

I was quoted price of $100 per spring up to $360 per spring over the phone. When tech arrived said it would be $378 for basic spring or $478 for upgraded spring. This is quite a lot higher than quoted. The only reason I gave a star was because technician was polite when I said I didn’t want all the extras that they wanted to add on. Would not use this company again because of their onsite up pricing

After a long trip home we were welcomed home with a broken spring on our garage door. We called the following morning and Aaron came out around noon the exact same day. I have used Precision in the past and have been pleased with the service. Today, however, was another story. The gentleman who arrived was courteous and knowledgeable. It took him all of 5 minutes to wipe off and align the sensors. Shame on me for calling them for this - I had no idea it was such a simple fix. My problem is he charged me $180!! I feel like I was taken advantage of and way overcharged! I will never use this company again.
