I am now retired but the company I worked for for 31 years (UPS) always used Precision for our warehouse roll up doors and was always impressed. I have had my garage door opener replaced and now upgraded my door to a heavier grade insulated door and couldn't be happier with the quality of your personnel from office to installers. It’s a Saturday. It’s 4 o’clock in the afternoon. And my garage door won’t open. I called Precision. The office answered with a real person and technician Jesus was at my front door by 5:30pm. Although the diagnosis wasn’t what I had hope to hear, and he wasn’t able to work on my 45 year old Sears garage door opener’s motor, i must say that the interaction with Jesus was very pleasant. Jesus was patient, informative, and extremely thorough, among other things. Precision is lucky to have him on their payroll.
