I know several people who have used Precision Garage Door Service of Tampa in the past. They all spoke very highly of their service. So, when we had an emergency with our garage door I thought I would try Precision. I couldn't be happier. Our technician (shout out to Travis) was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he resolve our issue, but he made suggestions (with no pressure) to maintain our 25 year old garage doors. Since Precision was having a special on roller replacement we took advantage of it. Now, like Travis guaranteed, our garage doors operate quietly and no longer sound like they are 25 years old. I'm so happy that I chose Precision Garage Door Service of Tampa.

Precision came out early and explained what the garage door needed, did the tune-up for $89 and we decided to go with new rollers which was $149. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would highly recommend using this company. No hidden fees and no scams!

To be honest I called Precision because their sticker was on my garage door & I already knew they had a good reputation. My appointment was between 8am-12. Chris called me right before 8am & said he would be here in 20 min. which he was. He was very friendly & courteous. He gave me an estimate on the spot & then after approval, had my garage door fixed in about 2 hours. I definitely recommend!
