Door would not open or close. Called at 10pm, technician arrived next morning. Replaced my 28 year old motor and other hardware. Can't believe how quiet and smooth it is. Now I won't wake up the neighbors every time I leave early to go fishing. Nick did great work, was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
