Really it should be zero stars but the system required me to send a rating. I was almost completely ripped off by Precision. I called the company thinking it was service and name you can trust. The tech came out and told me my garage door system was destroyed and it would cost nearly $3000. I then called another company and they sent a tech out who repaired the system for an “emergeny” service fee of $300. I am incredibly disappointed by the sales tactics employed by Precision. I will never trust the company after this. It is deplorable.

He even went above and beyond to tidy up some wiring and other things my husband had not gotten back to after recently installing a garage door opener.
