They were able to come out first thing the next morning after our spring broke late on a Friday. Jeff was very professional, efficient and friendly. He found some other issues with the door, (broken hinge, missing hinges, bad bearings) that would have to be addressed at some point. We had him fix everything while he was here to avoid other issues in the future. We appreciated his thoroughness.

Chris our technician was excellent! He was knowledgeable, experienced and found the problem quickly. He gave us the options for repair and proceeded without delay after confirming the parts were stocked in his truck. We cannot say enough about how pleased we were with the results especially with him having to work under difficult space restrictions. I called to request service. The receptionist was courtious and polite and scheduled the next available appointment window. The tech called and let me know when he would arrive. He actually arrived a few minutes early and promptly diagnosed the problem and provided me with a quotation. MIKE BOYLE completed the work, cleaned the area and checked the garage door for proper function. MIKE BOYLE was professional the whole time. The garage door functions as well as or better than when brand new. MIKE BOYLE is a knowledgeable tech, and a good "people person". He is a credit to Precision Garage Doors. We had a representative from Design One, look at our garage door and gave us a price to “FIX” of TWICE, WHAT WE PAID PRECISION, to “REPAIR”a malfunctioning printed circuit board- BUT WE HAD TO PAY DESIGN ONE “CASH” FOR THE REPAIR!! This sounded FISHEY!! PAY CASH ONLY!!?? We started looking and found Precision, read reviews, requested a on site ( FREE) estimate. A tech named LUCAS WYNGARDEN, was sent out, we received notifications from Precision office as to his ETA, Lucas was on time, very professional and knowledgeable, offered different solutions, ALL OF WHICH WAS MUCH LESS THAN DESIGN ONE, Lucas explained all the pro’ s of each offering. We picked a solution that was HALF THE COST QUOTED BY DESIGN ONE, with more functionality, a higher horse power motor, which LUCAS Installed, it was quieter, had many more attributes than even offered by Design One, including using our smart phones, a camera and even installing a new outdoor keypad. LUCAS explained each of the functions of the new opener, programmed all our remote openers, including the outside keypad, cleaned up everything and left us - A TREMENDOUSLY SATISFIED PRECISION CUSTOMER!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION ( ESPECIALLY OVER DESIGN ONE) FOR ANY GARAGE DOOR REPAIRS, AND ALSO LUCAS WYNGARDEN! A knowledgeable, polite and professional young man! What a pleasure to do business with a company that does EVERYTHING THEY SAY THEY WILL DO, with THE SAME product that would cost TWICE AS MUCH AT DESIGN ONE! Note: I also have to complement the lady who took our order, set up the meeting with their tech, LUCAS WYNGARDEN, and then followed up by keeping us appraised of the arrival status of their tech!
