Our garage door broke on a Saturday morning. We called Precision and spoke with a very pleasant and helpful woman. She quickly dispatched a technician and we were kept informed re: arrival time. When our repair man arrived, he quickly and expertly diagnosed our garage door issue and repaired the problem. Everyone was efficient and professional. Within 2 hours from our initial phone call, our door was fixed and we were on with our day. It’s because of this excellent service, we call Precision Garage Door.

I know several people who have used Precision Garage Door Service of Tampa in the past. They all spoke very highly of their service. So, when we had an emergency with our garage door I thought I would try Precision. I couldn't be happier. Our technician (shout out to Travis) was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he resolve our issue, but he made suggestions (with no pressure) to maintain our 25 year old garage doors. Since Precision was having a special on roller replacement we took advantage of it. Now, like Travis guaranteed, our garage doors operate quietly and no longer sound like they are 25 years old. I'm so happy that I chose Precision Garage Door Service of Tampa.
