Tech quoted a price to replace our garage door opener of $800, double the price we later got from Home Depot and Lowe’s. When I didn’t jump to agree with his price (nothing in writing offered) he asked me what I wanted to pay. Then he went back to his truck, he said, to phone his manager. Michael, the technician was very skilled, knowledgeable and clean. Patient and polite, explained everything to us, including all our different options. Precision installed our door 7 years ago. During the tuneup inspection, it was discovered that the motor was 23 years and nearly worn out. Additionally, the rollers were slightly worn and could be replaced. We elected to have a new Motor, chain and rollers installed.
