I'd read the pre-installment checklist and thought I'd made the workspace ready...I did NOT. Andrew stepped up and did extra work that I "missed" just to be able to begin the job safely. THANK YOU! Precision is very good about making an appointment around your schedule. The service tech, Chris, is very knowledgeable and was able to repair my oversized garage door. He also programmed the Home Link on my car. I wouldn't use any other company.

We had precision come out in February 2021 and have to do a lot of work. It was not an expensive, but the quality of the work was high and the level of service was off the charts. While that was expensive, everything was under warranty for 7 years. We've had to call them back out twice now for additional work. Jeff did the initial work, Arnold followed up we had another small problem, and Chris was here this morning. One thing I will say is that while we paid more initially than I thought it might cost, the level of service and the speed of service that we've received since then is really unmatched. Bravo, Precision!

In 2021 I took a chance when our garage door broke and called the number from a flier I found in the mailbox. This was one of the best decisions I have made. Everyone that I have encountered from this company are friendly, professional, and have the best positive attitudes. You can tell that this is a great company to work for and everyone loves their job. If I ever quit my homemaker role this is a company that I would want to work for. Today’s experience went above and beyond my expectations. My garage door broke at 1:45pm and I called Precision Garage Door at 2:25pm. Our repairman confirmed his ETA at 3:06pm and our garage door was fixed by 4pm. All of this was done on a Friday the weekend before Thanksgiving Break. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company.
