This was the first-time using Precision and I must say the experience was outstanding. My garage door would only open halfway and I didn't know if it was the door itself or the 20-year-old garage door opener. The technician figured out the problem in about 20 minutes, it was the opener; and he was very thorough and gave me a list of items that require fixing, but not at this time.
