After the hurricane my door cables broke and my vehicle was trapped. They came out despite me not having any power, fortunately power was restored the night before, but my technician spent the time explaining what could be done to restore the door, how long it would last or what I could replace. I chose to replace components to be safe (the door is old). The service is amazing and workmanship is amazing. Price is a little high but in the end worth it. I’ll stick with this company all the time. Plus my dogs love my tech.

It felt like a "sales" tactic vs when I used them several years ago... there was no sound recommendations to resolve the main issue. I was offered and quoted a bunch of things that were nice but wasn't the root of my problem. You're the expert, don't tell me that "I will let you chose what you want to do" ...and everything quoted was 50% more than they were two years ago. This seems excessive. The technicians were really nice though and were in and out for the repair, Again it felt like sales and that's not cool.

I never dreamed that I could get and appt. on a Sunday to have my garage opener repaired? Not only did I make the appt. but Carlos was hear on time, very knowlegeable and fixed the problem! And when I asked him how much I owed him, I was shocked. Very, very very reasonable! Especially for a Sunday! I will definately use Precision again and refer friends and family. Thank You - Janet
