This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door Service and both times the technicians exceeded my expectations! Jeremy, the technician who came out today was very kind and extremely professional! He called when he was on his way, arrived on time, and took care our garage door in a timely manner. On top of that he warrantied our job due to something that he found. I say this because I would have never known ... he could have easily written that ticket up and I would have paid it because I appreciate their service ... my point is he was very honest & forthcoming, something you do not find these days. Thank you Jeremy & Thank you Precision Garage Door Service! :)

I chose precision because of the commercials on television about the goodness of the service. The young men that came was courteous he checked everything told me that the service will be free and if it gives me any more trouble to contact them and they’ll return.

I chose Precision Door because they installed my garage door in 2018. The outside keypad was no longer working. The technician was very friendly and very efficient installing my new garage door opener. Also, he indicated the two springs were very old and had been installed in 1998. But he said that they were functioning OK for now. I very much appreciate his honesty. I would have purchased them had he said they needed to be replaced. my representative ShAwn was fabulous. I was a bit surprised when they said they had to possibly change both springs when one spring was broken that frequently or sometime the other spring gets broken during the repair process. I was very grateful that they had so much integrity to tell me upfront, and ShAwn was honest to explain it, took a lot of time with me. Do you do the cost of the repair? I am now looking into buying a new garage door from them. Again. ShAwn was very patient with all my questions very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you.

Needed a string replace on my garage door. Called the company at noon. They scheduled me for repair at 6 pm that day, door was fixed by 7 pm. Alex the installer called me 30 minutes before arriving a little before 6. Door was back working by 7 pm. Great service! Alex was awesome with letting me know what needed to be done and with in the hour he was cleaning up. Awesome company to work with.

This was my first time dealing with Precision and although garage doors arent something you replace or fix often, i am happy that this is the company i went with. Andrew was really nice, thorough, and brought a wealth of knowledge to the conversation we had. Honestly, it was his personality and demeanor that made me choose them over the product itself. I had had a small issue with my garage door a few years ago and the result and the way Precision handled it was so good I always said if I needed anything done with my garage doors in the future they were who I would call. So lately as I begin having problems, I contacted them this morning Saturday online and was able to make an appointment for noon the same day. Nick showed up was super helpful and explained my options. After deciding on the work, he took care of everything timely efficiently, and professionally. I called at 1:55pm and they gave me a window from 2pm - 6! Our tech Chad P was amazing. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he give us options to save on repair costs, but he fixed our problem on site. He also pointed out other concerns from wear and tear as he came across them. We opted in on getting everything completed same day and couldn't be more pleased. Our door is SO quiet now and we have peace of mind that it's one less worry! Don't go with anyone else. Don't even shop around!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
