My garage door stopped working this afternoon. Next I called precision and talk to him their customer service reps and was able to get a time today. My technician was able to let me know when he was 15 minutes once he gave me an assessment of my situation priced out two different quotes with warranties. Once given the OK my technician, his name is Logan professionally started and completed the task in 90 minutes. He explained thoroughly though start up through Wi-Fi gave us our remotes for the cars walk us through the app and how it works the whole process was seamless. Thank you. BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY…. We Needed help programming a new garage door opener, a neighborhood handyman said to call precision THIS was a huge mistake! He was here less than 30 minutes… (provided NO or needed any PARTS) He said the programming he did was not warrantied AND left wires hanging and didn’t program 2 of the remotes ALL for $250. The company doesn’t even give military discount!!! *BEWARE* don’t give a blank check to this company. They will rip you off.
