We had new garage door installed. Our installers Tyler and Sherman were the best. First off, they let us know they were on their way and arrived promptly. Tyler inspected the door and told us our garage door is old but still good and we didn’t need to replace it. Talk about integrity and honesty. He cared more for the customer than the bottom line. We decided to still change it out as it was at least 20 yrs old. They did a great job! Would I recommend or use Precision Garage Doors? You betcha!

It's early in the day on New Years Eve and I called Precision Garage about an issue I was having with my remotes not working like they should. To my surprise they sent out a tech two hours later who expertly diagnosed the problem and had my garage door opening and closing like it should. The tech called in advance to let me know that he was on his way. When he got to my location, he immediately knew what was wrong. He replaced the defective part, tuned up the garage opening mechanism and helped me put MyQ on my phone so I would have a better access to the garage.

THESE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME! We bought a heavy garage door a couple of years ago (with a 5-year warranty), and a spring broke day after Christmas this year. My husband had just gotten out of the hospital. Neither of us were at our best. I called, and they had a tech out within hours. They had to make the spring but were out early the next morning to repair. Every single tech who came to our home was exceedingly professional - and great people. The responsiveness, the technical expertise, and the kindness every one of these men - and the office manager who answered the phone - showed us were remarkable. Plus, the repair was covered under warranty. This is a company that honors their promises and obviously has a rock star culture. Thank you all for your wonderful service! Friday night put the garbage bin out time, but garage door wouldn't open. After trying to figure out what was going on and not getting door to open looked up and saw broken spring. We've used Precision before so immediately called and scheduled an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Technician Lewis arrived right at beginning of appointment window, quickly inspected the door, and provided a reasonable estimate for repair. Repairs completed very professionally within an hour inspite of it being a holiday weekend. Highly recommend Precision for any type of garage door repair, especially on a weekend or holiday.

The only company available to book at the last minute. Got a call from Doug with his ETA nd was very punctual! Looked at everything and gave me a price before starting anything.
