My Torsion Spring broke which left my garage door stuck in the closed position Called the night before and Precision made setting up the repair painless. While I probably could have found a lower price for the repair Precision has a great reputation and the repair came with a 3 year warranty. Overall I'm pleased with the repair and professionalism of the tech. I will recommend to my friends who have garage door issues.
