Jesus Dimasse is truly a gem and an invaluable asset to the company. His work on my garage was nothing short of amazing! If I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would. Working with him was a pleasure, and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of his work. I wish I had two garages just so he could work his magic on both! Highly recommend!

I had never used Precision before but had a problem with my garage door so I called them based on good online reviews. Zach, the service tech, arrived within an hour of my call (on a holiday). He was polite and walked me through my options. No sales pressure just the info and allowed me the space to make a decision. He got the work done in a couple of hours and walked me through the new system. He also followed up with a call several hours later on a detail he hadn’t been able to answer while at my house. Overall, an excellent first experience for me with Precision Garage Door.

I have had precision come out once on the day after Christmas when my spring broke on my garage door they did a great repair on that and they replaced the metal rollers so the door has never been quieter. Fast forward to January when I started to have some issues with the garage door opener. I chose not to replace that when they were out in December, but apparently that also started going they were out today. Great technician replaced the garage door opener.

Patricia Houston

Responded same day. Technician was fast and very professional.

Barbara Lamneck

Jared did terrific job explaining the estimate and completing the installation of a new garage door opener and replaced all rail rollers and a new bottom seal gasket. He also programmed the new opener to our cars. Everything works great, very quiet and smooth.

Performance Review for Mr. Josue Lombay – Precision Garage Door It was my pleasure — and truly an honor — to meet your service technician, Mr. Josue Lombay. He called just after 8:00 AM to let me know he was on his way, a simple courtesy that already set a professional tone for the visit. He arrived promptly, greeted me respectfully, and got right to work assessing the issue with my garage door spring. As we reviewed the problem together, Mr. Lombay pointed out a few additional concerns, taking the time to show me each one clearly. I appreciated his honesty and his ability to explain everything in a way that made sense. I also liked learning about the upgrades he installed — especially the sealed wheel bearings, which are a real advantage in our Florida climate. I had a light issue as well, and he adjusted it quickly and efficiently. We replaced the battery, and before I knew it, he had completed all the work. He arrived shortly after 8 AM and was finished by 10:15 — timely, organized, and thorough. Mr. Lombay is a fine young man: professional, clean, neat in his work, and exceptionally courteous. Precision Garage Door has always impressed me — from the original installation years ago to every interaction since — but meeting Mr. Lombay was a true pleasure. He represents your company with excellence. I would strongly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing garage door service of any kind. Your team continues to set the standard for professionalism, and Mr. Lombay is a shining example.

I I had an exceptional experience with Precision Garage Door Service of Tampa. From the moment I reached out, their responsiveness was impressive — they replied immediately and had a technician at my home within 20 minutes. Josue, the technician, went above and beyond, especially considering it was after-hours. He was professional, courteous, kind, compassionate, and incredibly efficient. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and walk me through how he planned to fix it, which I truly appreciated. The level of care, communication, and expertise exceeded every expectation. It’s rare to find a company so committed to outstanding service, and I’m genuinely grateful for their help. When our garage door wouldn’t close, I called the main service number and Jesus DiMasse was at our house within 15 minutes. He was extremely sweet, very polite and respectful, and clearly knowledgeable. The issue turned out to be a simple fix and, since it was under warranty, there was no service charge at all. Outstanding service from start to finish. The next time we need service, I will definitely ask for Jesus!

I called N1 Tampa Garage Door Repair this past weekend because my garage door stopped working, and I’d been putting off fixing it for way too long. Peter, the technician, arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed that the capacitor needed replacement. I was really glad he was so skilled and explained everything along the way. He worked notably fast, and before I knew it, my garage door was back in action. I was impressed with the overall value; it was way better than quotes I’d gotten from other companies. They made the entire experience painless, and I honestly wish I hadn’t waited so long to reach out. Highly recommend!
