My garage door had been making horrible noises and the dreaded day finally came when it wouldn't open. I called Precision late that evening and Sammy was here early the next day. He evaluated my 25 year old system and presented me with a list of high priority recommendations, medium priority and lower priority items to be aware of. He had everything needed to complete the repair on the truck and when all was completed he thoroughly explained how to operate my new system and even reprogramed all our cars to sync with the new opener. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

FANTASTIC installation and attention to every detail!!! Andrew, the technician assigned to my complete replacement of my entire garage door system was incredible. The man was a machine! I'd read the pre-installment checklist and thought I'd made the workspace ready...I did NOT. Andrew stepped up and did extra work that I "missed" just to be able to begin the job safely. THANK YOU!
