I attempted to save some money and install my garage door opener myself until I realized that there are just some things I should leave to the professionals. I called Precision and I received same day service. Jouse Lombay called me very early in the morning to inform me that he was twenty minutes out. When he arrived he was very professional, greeted me and asked me what the problem was. After giving him my novice description of what the issue was. He asked permission to explore the issue. Jouse came prepared with everything necessary to solve the issue and he proceeded to give me an estimate. He explained to me why I needed new springs even though I had not thought about it. He explained that my springs were no longer functional and would eventually cost me my new garage opener. I saw reason in it and agreed and he installed my new pair of springs. He also allowed me to pick his brain about other aspects of the business and even showed me how to connect my phone and my car to my new garage opener. I’m not sure why I did not call Precision sooner, but now that I have, I won’t be calling anyone else. Thank you for a job well done!

We had new garage door installed. Our installers Tyler and Sherman were the best. First off, they let us know they were on their way and arrived promptly. Tyler inspected the door and told us our garage door is old but still good and we didn’t need to replace it. Talk about integrity and honesty. He cared more for the customer than the bottom line. We decided to still change it out as it was at least 20 yrs old. They did a great job! Would I recommend or use Precision Garage Doors? You betcha!

The tech called in advance to let me know that he was on his way. When he got to my location, he immediately knew what was wrong. He replaced the defective part, tuned up the garage opening mechanism and helped me put MyQ on my phone so I would have a better access to the garage.
