Same Day service to replace old, noisy, broken garage door opener. Made it very easy. I will say that they are not cheap; I'm sure I could have paid much less. It was the weekend and our garage door decided to go caputs. I called Precision Garage Door Service, explained to the associate who answer the phone our issue and that we needed to get it fix before Monday. Associate looked up the schedule and was able to fit me in for the next day (Sunday) between 12-4. The day of service, associate arrived at exactly 12PM. Prior to his arrival, I received a text message letting me know the technician was on the way and provided a picture of the technician. This provided me a sense of security. When the technician arrived, he listened to our issue/concerns and based on what we provided he put together an estimate of the work within 5 minutes. We reviewed the estimate and agreed to proceed to have our garage door fixed. The work was completed within 45 minutes. We were very pleased with the service, pricing, and overall fast response. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services to anyone.

Decent price ~300 dollars to repair torsion spring but but they try to add on extra unneeded repairs like bearings or cables.

The service Precision Garage Door provided re: Garage repair was excellent. However I wasn't prepared for the sticker shock of the cost for the repair. The Repair Tech that I had was very professional, efficient, courteous and respectful. However, I was also having a problem with the garage door remote opener and I asked him if he could help me with the problem. He didn't touch the remote but side it probably needed to sinked to the garage mechanics (can't think of the exact word used), he took the payment and left. Other than that I would use Precision Garage Door again in the future.

I am very happy with the company from the staff to the technician. I called during lunch hours and someone quickly answered the phone and secured an appointment within the hour. The technician Zach was very professional and quickly identify the problem having the wrong springs installed by another company and failing. He offered his professional opinion and no pressure sale.
