He was polite and walked me through my options. No sales pressure just the info and allowed me the space to make a decision. He got the work done in a couple of hours and walked me through the new system. He also followed up with a call several hours later on a detail he hadn’t been able to answer while at my house. I have had precision come out once on the day after Christmas when my spring broke on my garage door they did a great repair on that and they replaced the metal rollers so the door has never been quieter. Fast forward to January when I started to have some issues with the garage door opener. I chose not to replace that when they were out in December, but apparently that also started going they were out today. Great technician replaced the garage door opener.

When our garage door wouldn’t close, I called the main service number and Jesus DiMasse was at our house within 15 minutes.
