Called for a check on a rattling of the chain I didn’t recall being there on the install 18 months ago. The tech assured me it was normal, but checked it out anyway. He was kind and efficient. Explained that if I was not liking the rattle, there was a belt option. Gave me an estimate and no pressure to have it done. Maybe in the new year. Called ahead and was on time.

I called and expected the company to tell me that due to the holidays, they would not be able to get to me until after Christmas. Luckily, they were not only able to come out same day but they were here within an hour. I met my technician, Dominic, who quoted me a price and went ahead with the repair. I also told him we had an engagement my wife and I needed to go to within one hour. Dominic was not only able to get the repair done, but was able to get it done in 30-45 minutes. They have a customer for life in me!

One roller on each side had come off the track. Tech evaluated the situation. Either I could replace the tracks (twice as expensive) or add more brackets (less expensive) so that the tracks no longer flex. Also bend in the tracks to ensure rollers can't slip out. This fix is ok for the old garage door. It's still pricey with my military discount, but I trust Precision's work so it's worth it.

After waiting 4 months on a Lakeland OH Door company to replace operator on 14' tall door, I requested refund and scheduled a service call with Precision online at 10am. To my surpise same day appointment was available. Tech arrived at 4:30pm and had jack mount operatior on board, no waiting 4 months. Two hours later new opertor installed and door serviced. Thank you Precision for the great experiance!
