my representative ShAwn was fabulous. I was a bit surprised when they said they had to possibly change both springs when one spring was broken that frequently or sometime the other spring gets broken during the repair process. I was very grateful that they had so much integrity to tell me upfront, and ShAwn was honest to explain it, took a lot of time with me. Do you do the cost of the repair? I am now looking into buying a new garage door from them. Again. ShAwn was very patient with all my questions very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you.

Needed a string replace on my garage door. Called the company at noon. They scheduled me for repair at 6 pm that day, door was fixed by 7 pm. Alex the installer called me 30 minutes before arriving a little before 6. Door was back working by 7 pm. Great service! Alex was awesome with letting me know what needed to be done and with in the hour he was cleaning up. Awesome company to work with.

I called at 1:55pm and they gave me a window from 2pm - 6! Our tech Chad P was amazing. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he give us options to save on repair costs, but he fixed our problem on site. He also pointed out other concerns from wear and tear as he came across them. We opted in on getting everything completed same day and couldn't be more pleased. Our door is SO quiet now and we have peace of mind that it's one less worry! Don't go with anyone else.
