He arrived promptly, greeted me respectfully, and got right to work assessing the issue with my garage door spring. As we reviewed the problem together, Mr. Lombay pointed out a few additional concerns, taking the time to show me each one clearly. I appreciated his honesty and his ability to explain everything in a way that made sense. I also liked learning about the upgrades he installed — especially the sealed wheel bearings, which are a real advantage in our Florida climate. I had a light issue as well, and he adjusted it quickly and efficiently. We replaced the battery, and before I knew it, he had completed all the work. He arrived shortly after 8 AM and was finished by 10:15 — timely, organized, and thorough. Mr. Lombay is a fine young man: professional, clean, neat in his work, and exceptionally courteous. When our garage door wouldn’t close, I called the main service number and Jesus DiMasse was at our house within 15 minutes. He was extremely sweet, very polite and respectful, and clearly knowledgeable. The issue turned out to be a simple fix and, since it was under warranty, there was no service charge at all. As usual, I had a world class experience with Precision Garage Door Service of Tampa. Late last night my door springs broke (we use our garage door MULTIPLE times a day) and the customer service agent was attentive, professional and efficient. Today, dust thing in the morning, the technician, Sean W., was at my house, and was equally as professional, friendly and efficient as the Customer Service agent I had spoken to last night. He evaluated the situation and within 30 minutes had replaced the broken parts and left the door operating even better than it did when we bought the house. No matter what, I will continue to go back to this company!

I just want to say, ever since I contacted Precision to replace our existing garage door opener, they have been so responsive to our every need. When we had a keypad problem outside our garage, I called customer service and they immediately made an appointment for us the same day and replaced it for no additional charge. Whenever I’ve had an issue over the past two years, they have always been there to help and assist in any way possible for no additional charge.
