Garage door broke so wouldn’t work at all. I had a Val pac coupon and it said you could get a live person 24/7 so were able to get someone scheduled quickly. The two guys who came out were friendly and temporarily got the door together.

Very nice tech…..but…..both garage doors were opening and closing at random times through the day. Tech assured me that the boards were fried and the head units needed to be replaced. The units were older so plausible that replacement might be necessary. I trusted his judgement. He got done with the replacement and the garage doors started to go up and down again with the new unit installed. After realizing that he may not be as knowledgeable and trustworthy as I thought, I checked on the price and there is a 200% mark up. I clearly go taken to the cleaners with these guys. I am beside myself that I got taken advantage of by a company that I’ve used several times before without issue……I think……they probably overcharged me then as well…..be careful……
