This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door Service and both times the technicians exceeded my expectations! Jeremy, the technician who came out today was very kind and extremely professional! He called when he was on his way, arrived on time, and took care our garage door in a timely manner. On top of that he warrantied our job due to something that he found. I say this because I would have never known ... he could have easily written that ticket up and I would have paid it because I appreciate their service ... my point is he was very honest & forthcoming, something you do not find these days. I chose Precision Door because they installed my garage door in 2018. The outside keypad was no longer working. The technician was very friendly and very efficient installing my new garage door opener. Also, he indicated the two springs were very old and had been installed in 1998. But he said that they were functioning OK for now. I very much appreciate his honesty. I would have purchased them had he said they needed to be replaced.
