They explained and showed me why I was having the issues with my opener and garage door. They are very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that I would understand. What an awesome job! I called other places and was frustrated at the process I had to go through to get the information I needed. Then I called Precision and it was so much better. First, the person that answered the phone at 7:00 in the morning was cheerful and very helpful. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.
