Alexander did a great job of diagnosing the issue with our garage system and walking me through the options. He also made sure to oil the door even though that wasn't the issue. He even made suggestions on what we might want to consider next since it's a fairly old system. We now have an opener that works much better than the old one and our door is much quieter. Best of all, everything was done the same day! I really appreciated his thorough customer-friendly approach!

Needed a string replace on my garage door. Called the company at noon. They scheduled me for repair at 6 pm that day, door was fixed by 7 pm. Alex the installer called me 30 minutes before arriving a little before 6. Door was back working by 7 pm. Great service!
