On October 3, 2025 Precision replaced my garage door opener the same day I called for service. The technician Colton Johnston was excellent - professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He identified the problem quickly and offered several cost effective solutions without any pressure. Colton replaced the 25 year old opener with a professional grade system and had it installed in 90 minutes. I am happy with the results. Great job Colton. Thank you Precision.

It was Saturday afternoon when I called Precision in need of an emergency repair prior to my leaving town, Within 1 hour Jackson was at my house and remedied the problem This was my first service request since Precision had originally installed my garage and I was very impressed with Precison and Jackson's timely response to my call on the weekend as well as Jackson’s professional, knowledgeable and personable handling of my repair.

We had our garage door opener replaced 5 years ago, this time the springs broke. Called that morning and they were able to have a technician out by noon and 20 minutes later he replaced the springs!! Great service!! Always rely on Banko!!

Chris at Precision was absolutely fantastic! He immediately diagnosed the issues with my lift, springs, wheels, bearings...etc. The previous owner of the home had installed garbage that not only sounded like an earthquake when opening/closing but was damaging the garage door and springs due to its poor installation. He put his skills to use and reinforced a Cat 4 hurricane garage door with an equivalent lift system. It works like a smooth garage door should! What I appreciated the most was his top to bottom financial approach. Fix what really needed to be fixed first with logical answers to future questions/concerns. He didn't do any upselling...I upsold myself and glad I did. They're also very good to military/veterans. Highly recommend!

Thank you for taking the stress off me , when out of the blue my garage door started acting crazy after a lightning strike Sunday evening. I didn't know what to do after YouTube university didn't solve my problem.
