I just needed a garage check up to make sure springs were operating well. No problem with springs tech sprayed them, but he did notice garage door wasn't flush to floor which allowed debris and water to enter the garage. He was able to replace old strip with a new one. He told me to keep an eye on the part that didn't quite adhere to floor as of yet. Give it 2 weeks and if it still has a gap call Precision and the problem will be corrected. I was very satisfied with tech, he was very friendly, and answered my questions.

We highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Tampa Bay. They are the best. If you need a new garage door or a door service, they are the only company that I would call.
