My garage door had been making horrible noises and the dreaded day finally came when it wouldn't open. I called Precision late that evening and Sammy was here early the next day. He evaluated my 25 year old system and presented me with a list of high priority recommendations, medium priority and lower priority items to be aware of. He had everything needed to complete the repair on the truck and when all was completed he thoroughly explained how to operate my new system and even reprogramed all our cars to sync with the new opener. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

FANTASTIC installation and attention to every detail!!! Andrew, the technician assigned to my complete replacement of my entire garage door system was incredible. The man was a machine! I'd read the pre-installment checklist and thought I'd made the workspace ready...I did NOT. Andrew stepped up and did extra work that I "missed" just to be able to begin the job safely. THANK YOU! Then Andrew continues non-stop for the rest of the day and did GREAT WORK! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Tampa. ...be sure to request Andrew to do your installation.

The day before Thanksgiving, our garage door stopped working properly. We called Precision Garage Door and were amazed they could come within two hours! Zach was exceptional—professional, thorough, and transparent throughout the repair process. He worked quickly and efficiently, explaining everything upfront. Highly recommend Zach and this company! I also asked if he had to work on Thanksgiving, and was pleasantly surprised to learn that Precision offers time off for Thanksgiving, Easter, and Christmas. It’s great to see companies valuing their employees and providing well-deserved holiday time off.

He was so kind and was able to complete the job even working in a restricted space. Chris is a terrific asset to Precision and we would highly recommend this company.

Technician Jackson, was very professional, gave me information on what repair would save me money, also his service in coming and leaving, was quick, I've used precision over the time I purchase the garage door 17years ago, great job precision.

We had precision come out in February 2021 and have to do a lot of work. It was not an expensive, but the quality of the work was high and the level of service was off the charts. While that was expensive, everything was under warranty for 7 years. We've had to call them back out twice now for additional work. Jeff did the initial work, Arnold followed up we had another small problem, and Chris was here this morning. One thing I will say is that while we paid more initially than I thought it might cost, the level of service and the speed of service that we've received since then is really unmatched. Bravo, Precision!

The #1 reason I always choose Precision is that I can always count on your service staff to help me in a very timely manner. Today was no exception. Your technician was here when he said he would be, fixed my problem in a timely manner and explained completely what the issue was and how he fixed it. Very positive and knowledgeable young man. I always recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends. There may be cheaper companies. But I’m happy to pay for superior service and a company I can always count on.
