We have always used Precision for repair of our garage doors over the past 10 years. When they advertise “a name you can trust” it is certainly true! We have had nothing but honest and expert service from Precision. From the time you call in, their customer service representatives are nothing more than top notch and make every customer feel glad they called Precision! The technician we had was Zachary and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable to work with! All of their technicians are well educated in their field and answer any questions you have! We recently had to call in with an additional question and was referred to Matt (manager) who accepted the call and assisted us in a very understanding manner! We highly recommend Precision for all your garage door service needs! They are an amazing team of individuals! Thank you!

We woke up in the morning to our garage door not opening. I was able to schedule a same day appt online at 7:30am, and the technician was at my house by 10:30/11am. The technician was very professional and had it fixed within 2 hours. My favorite part was that the company texted me a picture of who my technician was prior to him arriving, which allowed me to know who I was looking for. The entire experience with Precision Garage Door Service of Tampa was a 10 out of 10.

Scheduled an appointment for repair online for next day. Communication was impressive, I was warned who was coming (name and picture) and what their arrival window would be, then a courtesy call when they were about 20 minutes out. Nelson was my technician and he was super friendly, explained everything he was doing and had the garage door fixed in no time. Very happy with the service he provided and I’d absolutely call precision again in the future.

I called this afternoon for a service call and was told a serviceman would be out around 4 or 8 pm, Corbin Stilwell was here at 4:00 and after checking the door rollers, door tracks, door binding, he determined it was the door belt carriage that was binding on the carriage track. So greatly pleased to repair this door.
