Michael Freeman came out at 7 pm to inspect and fix our garage door broken spring. He was thorough in his inspection of the whole system and in his detailed list of replacement options. I am so impressed by the customer service experience and prompt appointments provided by Precision! I was home by myself with my 4 children in the evening and my garage would not close. I was frantic as I knew it was close to end of business hours and if I couldn’t get help closing it, it would be open all night! I called Precision and they were able to come out within the hour to help me close it and educate me on what happened so I can try to troubleshoot it myself the next time! This was the first-time using Precision and I must say the experience was outstanding. My garage door would only open halfway and I didn't know if it was the door itself or the 20-year-old garage door opener. The technician figured out the problem in about 20 minutes, it was the opener; and he was very thorough and gave me a list of items that require fixing, but not at this time. I will definitely request the services of Precision Garage Door again.
