Alexander did a great job of diagnosing the issue with our garage system and walking me through the options. He also made sure to oil the door even though that wasn't the issue. He even made suggestions on what we might want to consider next since it's a fairly old system. We now have an opener that works much better than the old one and our door is much quieter. Best of all, everything was done the same day! I really appreciated his thorough customer-friendly approach!

This company is like many others in that they work on garage doors, install new, repair doors and other services. However Precision Garage Door is different in the sense that their service is quality. They are punctual, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about answering any questions and providing service with a quality that is better than their competitors. Dominic (spelling I’m not sure is right, sorry) was very personable and friendly, and provided exactly what we needed for our repair. Thank you Precision Garage Door.

The last time I needed door work I chose your company, and I was very satisfied. The tech that was dispatched to my house today was amazing. Even after he was sent to our house, without the right equipment, he stayed until the job was completed.

Zack was prompt and courteous. However he didn’t solve the issue and gave me an estimate on repair. He recommended a complete replacement motor as well as new springs. Cost to be $2900.00 + I don’t believe his recommendation was correct. He stated the springs I had replaced four years ago were too big and causing the motor to bog down which would cause two remotes to malfunction. The wall switch works and the door moves smoothly. I honestly felt he was trying to get me to spend unnecessary money. I requested he email me a copy of his estimate and I have never received it. I don’t have faith in your company at this point.

Luke Rose was my tech. Mr. Rose is the perfect example of customer service the way it should be. He patiently listened as I described my issue along with asking questions concerning things I hadn't mentioned. He thoroughly checked the door operation then recommended hinge replacement which eliminated the problem. This saved me hundreds of dollars.
