Our tech came out and made sdjustments to the tracks, tightened some loose hardware and lubricated the rollers and hinges. As always a superior company to work with. They are responsive, courteous. And professional.

Mike was great, called ahead with a precise arrival time. My remotes were not working, he determined my control board was faulty. Unfortunately, it was an old system and parts were not available. Mike made some recommendations for new systems with no pressure to buy one from Precision. I also took advantage of their new roller special. He installed all new rollers and adjusted the door. I only paid for the roller install. I'd recommend Precision any time.

So grateful for Isac coming within a few hours of us calling. Our spring broke on the garage door and both cars were trapped inside. He was so knowledgeable and happy to share tips to increase the longevity of our garage door. Also a bonus he was friendly and professional. Steve showed up today right on time and was professional and very courteous. He explained everything to me. I wasn't sure how much to repair would be an unfortunately it was a little more than I had thought because it was broken more than I had thought. I'm a tenant not the homeowner so he had to reach out for confirmation to the homeowner and he wants to bring in his own guy. Apologies for wasting your guys's time but in regards to recommending your business I definitely would and Steve was great.

I called Precision Garage Door Service of Tampa to service and repair a 25-year-old garage door on a house we are going to put on the market. The garage door still looks nice, but was not working so nice. From my first phone call, I felt confident that I called the right company. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and professional, asked detailed questions, and was able to send a technician out the same day, within a few hours. Our technician was Jesus D. Jesus was very friendly and professional. He reviewed the problems with the garage door and explained everything that needed repair. He physically pointed out and explained to me what needed to be repaired or replaced, and the reasons for the needed repairs, which gave me great confidence about what needed to be done. Once Jesus completed the maintenance service and the repairs, everything worked great again. I would highly recommend Jesus and Precision Garage Door Service of Tampa! 5 Stars!

Thank you Precision! I was locked out of my house since the garage door wouldn't open. I called Precision and was lucky to have a repairman, Chris Enlow, at my house within 1 hour of my call. Chris called to provide me with his ETA. Upon his arrival, I explained the issues with the garage door. He checked out the system then provided options. I had many questions. Chris was very patient and answered them all so I could make the best decision. After the repairs were completed he showed me each part that was replaced and explained their function. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Chris! Yes, I recommend Precision and ask for Chris Enlow!

My garage door spring broke and I wanted to get it replaced right away along with some critical component parts....cables, wheels, etc. I can't think of the process being any easier than how Precision has it set up. Go to the website, pick a date, see if your preferred time is available, put in some basic information....literally took no more than two minutes and I was scheduled including a confirmation via email. The technician was here the next morning when they said they would be here, they itemized the needed and suggested repairs, and I picked from the list what items I wanted done. Within 2 hours the job was complete and the truck pulled away. Whether I paid a fair price or not I don't know but the service was more than convenient and super efficient...what I do know is that I have all my fingers and limbs some of which could easily have been removed if I had tried to do the work myself.
