Dejesus arrived within time schedule - professional, knowledgeable. Once arriving, he assessed our garage door and listened to our issues. Prior to starting work we were given a detailed breakdown of expected expenses. Then straight to work. It is amazing how much quieter the door is. Dejesus cleaned up nicely and off to the next job. If you can ask for a tech by name, I highly recommend

Following the two-foot flooding of my garage due to Hurricane Helene in October 2024, over time, the sensors and lower brackets of my garage doors began to corrode due to rust, causing issues with proper door operation. I contacted Precision and immediately received service. The service technician Bill was prompt, kind, knowledgeable, self-sufficient, thorough, and explained everything that was being replaced, providing me with an estimate up front. Bill also thankfully solved a sensor issue that had been a problem for a long time. I can't recommend Precision Garage Doors enough! Wonderful experience from start to finish.

Alexander did a great job of diagnosing the issue with our garage system and walking me through the options. He also made sure to oil the door even though that wasn't the issue. He even made suggestions on what we might want to consider next since it's a fairly old system. We now have an opener that works much better than the old one and our door is much quieter. Best of all, everything was done the same day! I really appreciated his thorough customer-friendly approach!
