I am so pleased with Precision. I called at 8:30am on a Sunday, and had a tech out to my house by 1:00pm. Technician did a great job, despite the camped workspace caused by not being able to lift the door or remove our cars. He arrived well within the scheduled window (which was on a Sunday), and installed two new (much larger) springs and new bearings for our heavy hurricane-rated, insulated door. We are very happy with the work, and the fact that he was available on a weekend.

GDO failure Sat night. Called Sunday morning. Very courteous Lady gave me a same day appointment with a 4 hr window. Tim called at the beginning of the window and arrived 10 min later. We had used Overhead Door before but it was the weekend. We left a message and they never called back. We remembered your ad that there was no extra charge for weekends. My wife had back surgery recently and would not be able to open or close the garage door herself while I was at work. We called and you sent someone out immediately. From the receptionist to the installer it was professional and friendly. We had a new opener installed within hours of calling. We will only call Precision if we need service and we highly recommend you.

This is my second time using Precision and I could not be more pleased. I recently had an issue with my control board going out. Keith Allen was the tech who came out. He was extremely helpful and efficient in every way. He gave me some needed lessons on followup checks for the future and programmed my whole system with patience and information. Keith is a definite asset to your company and will keep me coming back. I also not the professionalism of the company and equipment supplies in a very neat and clean vehicle. paying 1300. for door opener repair one day after Christmas was not something I was looking forward to but my previous door repair people had apparently done me no favors and when I called them they said they didn,t know me. chris gave me several choices and proceeded to do an excellent job fixing my problem. Wesley was very professional and respectful and actually was able to fix the problem (door would not stay down) however we both agreed that I would continue to have this problem unless I replaced the door. I would give him a "5" except that his quote was way off however I'm not sure that was his fault.
