I called Precision at 11am on Monday to address some minor issues with our garage door. They said someone would be out between 2-6pm the same day. Matt called me at 1:55pm to say he would be there in 10 minutes. He was, and 15 minutes later all was fixed!!

This is the 3rd time in 10 years that I have used Precision for garage door related issues. Always been very satisfied. Technician Brian Harmon was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and fixed my issue. I do not agree with the $20 fuel surcharge at this time as gas is not that expensive. This is just another profit add on at a time when it is not justified. I googled garage door repairs and Garage Door was, not only the first on the list, but had a 5 star rating. Having no experience with garage door repairs, it seemed the logical choice. It was, in fact, a great choice. It was a professional and excellent learning experience. The tech, Matt, was a good listener and explained what the problem was, what he would need to do and gave me prices before beginning any repairs. I chose this company because of its high Google rating and the ability to come out on the same day. The repair was for them to come out and replace one of two Springs that were broken. The next morning when I operated the door I noticed it was much more quiet and worked very smoothly. I am writing the service as one star due to the negligence of the technician laying the power cord for the control box across the chain of the Drive Unit. Not only would this be considered a fire hazard but would also end up sawing through the power cord resulting in another repair. Thank goodness I noticed it in time enough to unplug it I relocated it to run under the unit as it should have been done by the technician and replug it in.
