We called Precision at 11:00 a.m. technician arrived at 12:00. Installed a new opener and all that goes with it. Knowledgable, polite, efficient. Explained everything to us and gave us his cell phone number if we had any questions that pop up after he leaves. Precision is the best.

This is my second time using Precision and I could not be more pleased. I recently had an issue with my control board going out. Keith Allen was the tech who came out. He was extremely helpful and efficient in every way. He gave me some needed lessons on followup checks for the future and programmed my whole system with patience and information. Keith is a definite asset to your company and will keep me coming back. I also not the professionalism of the company and equipment supplies in a very neat and clean vehicle. paying 1300. for door opener repair one day after Christmas was not something I was looking forward to but my previous door repair people had apparently done me no favors and when I called them they said they didn,t know me. chris gave me several choices and proceeded to do an excellent job fixing my problem. Wesley was very professional and respectful and actually was able to fix the problem (door would not stay down) however we both agreed that I would continue to have this problem unless I replaced the door. I would give him a "5" except that his quote was way off however I'm not sure that was his fault.

I have used Precision before. They are dependable and very professional. They came out within an hour of my call. The technician was so knowledgeable and gave me a quote. He had to replace the motor, cables, and springs. I believe his name is Keith and he did a great job and explained everything to me. I am very satisfied with my new garage door and its installation and back up service. The installation was smooth and adjustments were no problem. Additional adjustments had to be made and also lubrication was applied. The service personnel were on time, professional and fast.

You do good work when here. But, I called on Thursday I believe ask if someone could come out Friday. Was told Sat. Told her we had people coming to work on floor Friday, Was told earliest would be Monday. Ask, about 24/7 earliest was Monday. We tried to close the door ourselves Friday afternoonand my husband got fingers caught in slats in ER he has nine stitches in finger and bruised the rest.

One of the springs broke, at 8pm Tues Nov 20, 2 days prior to Thanksgiving. Precision Garage door, came this next morning at about 0930 am. Quick response. The tech showed me many price numbers? on a 8 1/2 X 11 note pad. By the time the tech finished the job ( 2) both springs replaced and also bearing replaced. I was a little shock on the repair cost $ 880.00. I paid via credit card on the tech's credit card machine. I have yet to be given a detail or any invoice receipt? I would really like to receive a detailed paid invoice! I have absolutely no ideal how much they charged for these repaired items?

I have been with Precision for 3 years and everytime I call they are there same day or a time that suits my schedule. The last vist a week ago the tech arrived I explained what was happening, openned the door and he new right away the problem. I needed a support brace on the garage door. He installed it and was done in a half hour. I could not believe it. Everytime I call Precision the customer service is perfect. They definitely deserve a 5 plus rating. Also my daughter and friends are now using Precision!!

After The reps can and give us three estimates On Sunday for the repairs(which were very high) I then called another company which came on Monday. The repairs were made. There invoice was 500% than precision's lowest estimate. The highest estimate was as much as a new door.
