Precision Garage was very professional and transparent in their repair process. I also appreciate that they came out late to diagnose and fix my issue. Robert was my technician, and he was great. He gave me options for the repair, explained to me what caused my door to break, took necessary COVID-19 precautions, and did quality work in an appropriate amount of time. Hopefully I won't have issues in the future, but if I do, I would call them again.

Precision Door has service my door in the past and I used them again today. They are honest, reputable, licensed and bonded. They replaced the the springs, rollers, the tension cable and the ball bearing. It came with a five year warranty. They give you extremely good service and I highly recommend them. Called Precsion Doors Clearwater @ 2.00pm due to coming in the garage after running errands and then hearing a loud bang after closing the garage door, and then it would not open. I looked up noticed the spring had broken, called customer service and was told we could have service between 6.00 and 10pm today, she then called back a half hour later and said they had a cancellation and we would have service between 2.30pm and 4:00pm. The Tech Matt Hink was out by 3:30pm fixed me right up and I had him do a few other things to have the garage door run more efficient and for safety reasons. Our garage door is now working better than ever. Both employees did an outstanding job of customer service and would recommend Precsion Overhead Doors to other people.

Great service. The technician was personable and knew his trade. Our door was not opening well, sometimes not at all. He installed a new motor, track, remotes, etc. now it is gliding open and closed smoothly and quiet.

Precision originally installed my door. My painters made a mistake believing the light panel was glass. They painted over and which is normal since the dried Latex paint will peel off like a sheet. But not with the Lexan. Thanks for your assistance.

I’ve had 6 garage doors installed on 4 of my houses by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. That’s the reason that I keep coming back to them. This service request was intended to replace worn out belts on two of my door openers. Jason, the technician, Couldn’t repair the openers due to their age (18 years old), but he also found the lift spring was bad on one of the doors. He replaced it, lubricated all rollers, hinges and tracks. Jason was very good, efficient, courteous and quick.

From the very beginning setting the appointment was fast and easy,. The young lady was super kind and was able to get someone to me quickly. I received an email advising me that Jordan Tompson would be my service tech. He showed up early with a 15 min phone call to let me know he was close. He was very kind and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and what I loved most HONEST. With everything going on and some unexpected expenses I was not able to get the services we need done today. He calmed my nerves by honestly advising me that I had some time before I had to get the work done. You can't imagine how much that helped us. I will DEFINITELY be calling precision overhead when I'm ready to do the work and I will definitely recommend EVERYONE to hire them!! I promise you will not be disappointed!!

Ok so i just needed 2 garage door openers installed.. problem fixed but I was told that the garage door opener ranged from $40-$70. I have 1 garage door and was installed a remote for 3 doors(unnecessary) which was the more expensive one at the end. The reson, I still don't understand but it was as if charging the more expensive of the range was best. Plus an installation fee of $39.99 and coming out fee $50. It wasn't untill my husband told the tech "hey aren't u supposed to wave the coming out fee if we repair something" he then "realized that yes my husband was correct and said ok fee waved. The tech was not an issue its the principles of the company.. i thought I would get a Christian company.

Our garage door spring broke late Saturday evening. We called precision as we see your commercials but also have friends who highly recommend. Our appt was scheduled Sunday. The technician assigned Adam M called as he was running early which was a blessing to us. He arrived and promptly assessed the situation. He was extremely polite and professional. Adam reviewed and explained all that was immediately required and any potential trouble areas. He replaced spring, bearings and rollers plus installed keyless remote at our request. We are so appreciative of his time and the quality of work. Precision is amazing to work with!
