He was done in no time at all, and my garage door goes up and down much more quietly than previously. Justin was knowledgeable, personable, and answered all my questions.

10 out of 10 would recommend and do it again! The phone conversation to set up the appointment was super friendly and the information was communicated well. Jesse was the tech, he was there in about 10 minutes, better then the pizza guy. Checked out the situation, gave me some fair options as we use that particular door many times a day. I called on Saturday, April 4th around 10:30 A.M. and Keith the technician, had the door fixed by 1:00 PM. Fast and friendly service, awesome company to work with. The safety sensors were bad, and Keith fixed them and we are now able to open and close the garage door.

Shane was great. Since the spring was broken the door could not be opened and I opened all the house doors and Shane came through our house without touching anything to repair it. With the coronavirus a concern I appreciated the extra care used. Shane inspected our door and then listed out the options I had available to repair. I chose to repair everything (spring, bearings and rollers) because the door parts (other than the spring) were 25 years old. These repairs were done efficiently and I was back in business in short time.

I did all the diagnostics I could before calling Precision. I got a same day appointment at the end of the day. "Bob" was my tech, and he was great. Personable, understanding, and listened to my concerns and comments. He diagnosed then advised of the problem. He then did his research and quickly advised 3 options for me based on repair, cost, and type of product. My wife and I discussed the options with him and we decided for the most expensive, but comprehensive, option. He got it done during the hour he said he would. The transaction was easy and we 'elbow bumped' and laughed about it. We love our door opener which is so quiet that we have to actually listen to make sure it's opening and closing! Chad gave us a couple of options on should we repair or replace the opener. we ask what he would recommend. our opener is 15 years old. it made more sense to replaced the the opener completely. two remote. one key pad. one central opener. runs very quiet. very happy. plus Chad is a nice guy. thanks
