Christian, our Precision tech, was great! He called ahead, was friendly, listened to what problems we were having, did a thorough inspection of our equipment and then clearly explained the underlying causes to our door opening problems, that ultimately resulted in spring, bearing and wheel failure. He quickly provided us a list of recommended repairs and various cost and hardware options to choose from, all without any sales pressure other than simply providing the associated warranties for each selection. We really liked the fact that he had all necessary repair parts with him on his truck and then knocked out the work in relatively short time - considerably less than 2 hours! Needless to say, we were happy with his work. One thing to note - we chose the best parts and longer warranty options, so it wasn't totally unexpected that the overall cost was slightly higher than quotes for standard repair parts...but it can catch you off guard.

I requested recommendations on FaceBook for garage door repair companies specifically in my area (OSH and RiverBend) from my friends. However, no one has garage doors, just carports. Two of my neighbors built new houses with new garage doors, and they recommended you. One of the springs, a hinge and trolley were broken. Remotes were replaced by one that also was mounted outside. Technician was punctual, helpful, pleasant and clear.

Andrew LeChance was our technician today. Very friendly, capable, and quickly disagnosed the problem. We have used Precision twice before and always satisfied with the work. Today required replacement of two sensors so in and our very quickly. Cost of $209 seemed rather steep, however, noon on Saturday and not many other options. Will continue to use this company. Andrew did honor a $25.00 discount as a repeat customer.
