We called Precision on a Sunday afternoon to come out and fix a broken knob on the garage door, and they sent David Crowe out the same day. He even arrived early to the appointment! David had previously worked on our garage doors when Hurricane Irma was approaching, and we were very appreciate of his courtesy and good humor. We are very satisfied with Precision and highly recommend Precision and David Crowe for any garage door repairs you might need.

our garage door wire broke off and needed to be replaced. We were just looking to get it fixed. Your team came out and gave us an estimate of almost $1100.00 dollars, I thought this was kind of high. Called masters they came out and could not understand why such a high estimate.They repaired it in 30 minutes and charged $196.00. I would never recommend your company to anyone. I believe you pray on people that do not know any better.

Regarding more confidence when selecting Precision was primarily the 2017 Hillsborough County Five Star rated Homeowner Referral Guide book in which your firm and another firm were rated best in Tampa, then the convenience of the 24/7 service, weekend appointments , etc. rounded everything for us. In regard to your service we were having some malfunctions with the garage door, your technician properly diagnose the problem and fix it while he was here. Finally he only charged for the visit at a rate much lower than other companies. I can honestly tell you that from now on, if any other problem may arise I will for sure call your company

Called Precision Garage Doors last night at like 4:30 p.m. had a technician out to the house next day and had new garage door opener installed in a little more than an hour. Chris my tech was friendly straight foward and very professional. The cost was a little more than others but in my opinion certainly worth the cost. I would recommend Precision to my friends.

Your tech, Jeffrey Pinney, came quite late to fix our garage door - needed to replace Lift Master MyQ Control Panel 888LM. Although the late hour, Jeffrey worked diligently & effectively to get the job done. Only problem is he didn't know how to set up the new MyQ panel for automatic closure, etc. We'll now need to refer to the manual I saved to figure out how to do this!
