Zachery Harrison did a super job. He explained everything in detail and showed me all the worn parts. He was very polite and careful. My Corvette was stuck in the garage because the spring broke and he made sure that nothing touched it. He worked really efficiently and never complained about the unbearable heat in the garage. My garage door is now quiet thanks to new bearings and wheels in addition to the new springs. I am grateful to be able to get out of the garage without having to wait days for the repair to be done. Having it fixed the day I called is wonderful.

My garage door had a sudden spring brake. I called Precision about three o'clock and was told someone could come between 6 pm to 10 pm. Jeremy Rozzi (sp) arrived hours before I expected. He examined the brake and explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. I was happy to have it fixed before dark. Jeremy was pleasant and knowledgable. Thank you

We had used Precision before. For this call they performed just as well - prompt, knowledgeable, diligent and fairly priced. Craig was the technician, and he was terrific. He replaced the seal at the bottom of the door, and also the springs. Would definitely use Precision again if needed.

This evening Mike showed up to repair my garage door opener. Instead we purchased a new opener since ours was rather old and under powered. Mike was excellent very friendly and easy to deal with. I appreciate having him giving me a veterans discount. He reprogrammed our outside keypad and even the remote button in my car. I would definitely use Precision again.

I purchased my new home in 1998. Garage door has had a few repairs in 22 years but this was major. Motor went bad and all parts had to be replaced except the door. Matt arrived clean, professional and wore a mask. After inspection he gave me options of what to do, we went with the belt option. So happy on my decision, you cannot even hear the door. he told us to not come in while he was working which was hard. Poor guy has to work in the hot garage with the door open. All is well.

Brian came out and was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. In fact, he just reset the motor and didn’t see any other issues. He even reset the outdoor button and clicker with a new password. We were charged nothing. His honesty is so greatly appreciated and when we do need some serious repairs we will certainly call Precision again!

We had Carlos come out to our home to give us an estimate for a new garage door for our home. He was very knowledgeable and caring and answered all of our questions and did not pressure us at all. We signed a contract a few days later to have a new specialty door put up. We waited the 3 weeks and set up a date when they called to install. When the guys came out to install they found an issue that needed to be addressed by their contractor and assured us it would only be a few days. After a week of not hearing from anyone we called the office of Precision again and they promised to check on it. Another week went by and no response so we called Carlos and within 5 minutes he got the contractor to set up an appt. to come out. Then the day he was to come he forgot and it was finally done yesterday which was almost 2 months from when we signed the contract. I think there is just a communication issue with the office and the contractors, not the salesmen or installers. Apparently the existing stud framing around the door opening was not adequate to support new heavy door, The contractor told us that this is very common and he sees this all of the time. We were never told that this may be an issue, or may come up. A mention that this may exist before the construction started would be helpful since it cost us another $400. Before the old door was removed the wall can be sounded or even some of the sheetrock removed for inspection. The install team lead by Tyler were wonderful and they did a great job and explained how everything works before they left and everything was left clean.

It us unusual to say that i am never disappointed with a service company but i am never disappointed with Precision Garage Door. They communicate when they are going to arrive, arrive when they say they will, give a quote, and then do exactly what they say they are going to do to fix the issue. Arnold installed a new linear dc opener on one of our garage doors today and it is working both flawlessly and quietly. I cannot say enough good things about Precision.

I’m upset about what the tech sent out to my house and charged me $160.00 for 2 simple garage openers. I was told it would cost $39.95 each and I bought 2. The tech double charged me.This was a shock to me. I would like to know why I was overcharged and I would like a refund of $80. This is out ravenous and I will not call for additional service again unless I’m compensated. In Sept 2019, I believe I had work done that was quite expensive too. Springs etc for a 7 year guarantee. The technician was cordial in addressing our garage door opener repair. He stated I had a broken coupler and that my 6 year old springs needed replaced> Cost $690. That seemed expensive and I got a second opinion from another company. They felt I only needed the $5 coupler replaced and that tightening the springs would work for a while until I was ready to replace them. $85 cost. I had him then replace the springs at a cost of $200. That is $285 for the same repair Precision was going to do for $690. Precision was willing to change out our opener and install springs for $1295. The competition was willing to install a new opener that I bought at Lowe's for $125. $300 new wi-fi opener with installation $425. Really Precision! Taking advantage of retired couples should make you feel bad. I guess not since even though you did no work for me, you required a $50 service charge. Shame on you.
