came out on the Labor Day Holiday and arrived even a bit early. Technician was polite and very efficient in explaining the repair. Cost was a bit high as the person that answered the call the previous day indicated the approx. cost of a spring but didn't double it because, surprise, the springs are actually 2 springs. But overall, good job.

I was surprised when you agreed to a weekend appointment. The Technician called and could arrive early if it was convenient with me. He arrived on the adjusted schedual, prepared two estimates, I selected one. He performed the work efficiently and cleaned up. The door operates very smoothly.

They had an add stuck to the front page of the paper with coupons on the back. I called and the person who answered was friendly and helpful. They sent someone to my home the next day. He was courteous and helpful. I now have a very quiet and nice looking garage door opener. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was VERY impressed with the work Jesse did when he came out to replace our Genie that took a dump. He was on time,HE took his time and explained everything to me if I had a question. I got a 1/2 hp Liftmaster belt drive opener. works nice and quiet. He programmed my wife car to open the garage door! That was Nice. I HIGHLY recommend precision to anyone who has garage door issues. Call them first, and forgo the competition's B.S. EXCELLENT!!!!

8/28/20 Rarely does service live up to the commercials hyped expectations. Precision Garage absolutely knocked it out of the park! Grand slam, bottom of the ninth, walk off homer. Now that’s satisfying. From quote to remote execution of newly installed door everyone was super genuine. They hire great people. I’d give them a perfect 10 except the ratings cap at 5.
